Smokey Jay's BBQ

The food was moist, flavorful, and the proportion was great! The hospitality was exceptional. When I asked how spicy the sauce was he let me sample to see if it was up to my liking. I will definitely visit again!!

The brisket and ribs were amazing, perfectly moist and tender. The baked beans were their own dessert with the maple and brown sugar flavors.

Way better than the local chains and well worth giving this place a try!

This is my NEW spot for some GREAT Soul Food! Mac and cheese is my favorite. Had the half chicken, beef brisket, collard greens, baked beans. I always take it to go cause I sit in my car and eat half ( which is never the plan) before I even pull off. Reminds me of being back home in Harlem.
Try it... i bet you like it!
Side note: The Owners are a real cool family!

We were feeling BBQ for lunch and we are so glad we stopped here over any chain place. The food is amazing, the brisket was cooked perfectly. My fiancé loved his baked beans and we both had the macaroni and cheese, which tasted great. Really good prices and portions, and the staff was very friendly! We finished ALL our food, it felt like it was made with love haha. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good BBQ!!

Holy cow. lol literally I’m in pure heavenly goodness right now. The FAMILY running this place NEEDS to be PRAISED. The COLLARDS PORK AND MACNCHZ blew my mind. I couldn’t take before pics was famined. However, here’s a preview of what’s left before I polish it off.

DONT SLEEP. this place is fire and does Not get the love it deserves. The food is great and the staff is greater. Go in on a Saturday and get the yams, trust. The sauce is so fire you'll be dipping your receipt in it just to get the last bits of it

This hidden gem is an awesome hole in the wall restaurant. It's family operated with great hospitality. Their menu is short and simple, keeping to the basics of great home cooking and barbecue. The meat on the ribs was tender and flavorful. The pulled pork and brisket was just as moist as it was delicious. I believe they make their barbecue sauces in-house. Their sweet barbecue sauce was superb.
