Hubby enjoyed his taro with bubba and I loved my melons smoothie. We shared and enjoyed the mango smoothie (not pictured). Can’t wait to go back . Plenty of free parkings.

Me and my family stopped by after shopping inside of the enson market, they had a special buy 3 get 1 free(which came out to $17 and change. My son is into boba tea so we really only went for him but seen the deal and we all decided to try. My son chose the original flavor (good), my mom chose peach (she was skeptical but she said it was okay), I chose mango (now I’m just stuck dreaming of it every chance I get) I loved it so bad, my daughter got strawberry ( I tasted hers it was too sweet for my liking, but fairly good). The shop owners were polite and fast service. 10/10 I highly recommend and I’m buying every time I go from now on.

I stopped by Smootea for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The lady at the counter was super nice and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The place was clean... I ordered a coconut milk tea with boba and the other flavor was strawberry, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite impress me. (First time trying these drinks) That being said, the service and atmosphere were great, so I might give it another try and explore different flavors. Overall, a good spot, but the drinks didn’t fully meet my expectations.

Disappointed! The milk teas are so bland, the ice isn’t enough to make it cold. It taste like all from instant powder even the teas. I got the Buy 3 Take 1 promo that I thought i saved money but the drinks is really not worth what i spent! We won’t buy again here! There are other milk tea shops that is way better than this in the same complex. This is located inside Enson Asian Market.

An unassuming little stall in Enson Market, SmooTea ended up being one of our favorite tea shops in the Orlando area! We have been to a LOT and a great way to tell if a place is good or not is trying their “classic” or “original” milk tea. If you can’t even make your signature original drink good, how can it be a good recommendation?
SmooTea actually does - they have a very nice, strong black tea taste that isn’t overly sweet and is pretty much one of the best black milk teas you could ask for. We also tried a green apple slush and that was awesome as well. The man working behind the counter was very friendly and you could tell he cared about his work - they also have really nice deals with many drinks where you buy 3, get 1 free, so if you’re going to get boba with some friends, this is the perfect spot! Drinks are great, they come out fast, service is great, and even the prices are good! Best part is you can explore an awesome market afterwards - check this place out!!

My visit to Smootea left me utterly disappointed, primarily due to their abysmal customer service. Despite their enticing buy three g et one free offer, my experience turned sour from the moment I tasted my Matcha milk Tea. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff's response was dismissive, suggesting I simply add sugar to mask the unpleasant taste. They also asked me if I have never tasted matcha before because that’s how it’s supposed to taste like. .Even after voicing my concerns to the owner, I was met with the same indifferent and condemning attitude . The lack of flexibility and refusal to address my dissatisfaction left me feeling utterly disregarded as a customer. Spending $20, including a 20% tip, only to leave with a bitter drink and a bitter experience, is beyond disappointing. While Smootea may boast a decent product, their abhorrent customer service renders it utterly undesirable. Needless to say, I will never patronize this establishment again.

Hands down, they have the best Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I went to Atlanta last year and tried tiger and idk what the hype is. Tiger’s boba is not even chewy due to the constant cooking and they literally only use brown sugar syrup. Smootea used REAL BROWN SUGAR and cooks their boba in real Brown Sugar for a short while and take it out, perfectly chewy (best time to get the best boba is in the afternoon bc if you come too late then the boba might be hard
