Stopped here for coffee and a croissant almost every morning during my conference at Rosen Shingle. They got order out pretty quickly and were decently friendly people. You definitely pay for the convenience of having it there though, I paid over $20 for coffee and a croissant. I needed something quick so I made do.

Cute little coffee spot in the Rosen Shingle Creek if you're staying here! They serve Starbucks coffee drinks and have really tasty pastries. I got the chocolate croissant and a white chocolate mocha to start my day. The coffee shop is located not too far from the sleeping rooms or the pool.

Starbucks coffee, Starbucks equipment, unique name....essentially a Starbucks as a resort/conference center coffee shop. No more, no less.

We came in for some coffee and something to eat. It was great to see that they had Starbucks coffee available. They had a great variety of things to eat as well. They had bars, salads, sandwiches, yogurts, danishes, muffins, bagels, fruits, and other small goodies. I had ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a strawberry acai drink. I waited for my bagel after my drink was done and suddenly a burnt toast smell was in the air. I was near the counter waiting for my bagel and the employee called out, "bagel with cream cheese." She proceeds to tell me that, "it's a little over toasted, let me know if you're okay with that or want a new one." I proceeded to look into the bag and saw that the top was very burnt and was very dark. I told her that I wanted a new one and she was kind enough to toast me a new bagel. The other thing that I didn't like was that there was not enough ice in my drink and it was watery that I could not finish it. It was very busy and their was a long line of customers which may have contributed to the orders as there were only 3 employees working behind the counter.

It's a typical coffee bar with hotel amenities and Starbucks coffee. The worker was very kind, and the order was quick and fast. I got the usual Vanilla Bean and a Butter Bagel. I like how the bagel was heated up, because it made the taste of the butter more fresh and savory!

We stayed 4 days here and I got coffee every day. The girl (Kenya) was so friendly! She made the best coffee (I have an unusual request). So pleasant and welcoming and knew her stuff! Would definitely recommend this place! There is also a good selection of quick bite options too.

Even though coffee shops inside of hotels can be a bit expensive for a simple cup of iced coffee - I have thoroughly enjoyed stopping at this coffee shop every day before model prep and rehearsals. During this particular day, I spent more than 30 minutes sipping my iced coffee while I people watched and listened to podcast. The early mornings was quite chilled. After spending a few days in one location, I became a familiar face. Therefore, a few employees greeted me with smiles and well wishes to start that day. The ambience of this walkway setting was amazing - more spacious than sitting inside of coffeeshop. LOL! Both areas was clean, clutter-free, and well lit.

Serving Starbucks coffee, this is a useful spot to have meetings etc in the Rosen Shingle Creek. Handy table along the walls with electrical outlets.

Solid coffee spot when staying at shingle creek. Can get VERY busy depending on the type of convention that is in house but usually it's a quick grab and go deal. They do serve Starbucks coffee and baked goods so enjoy without having to leave the hotel. The staff is quick and efficient which is great when your on the run to a conference.

More along the lines of milk then coffee. This location is inside the hotel and to the right of the entrance. It is a nice spot especially if you are staying in the hotel. Lots of room and a great place to hang out in the morning. The coffee though... It is in a Starbucks cup, they says it is Starbucks coffee, and you order from a Starbucks menu... but is certainly does not have the Starbucks bold flavor! And then I found out part of the reason why... Their venti (or large) only has 2 espresso shots in it. I could have sworn that a venti is supposed to have 3? Generally if I order a venti I usually ask for 4! There was not anywhere near enough help behind the counter for the fact that this location was in the midst of a convention! Schedule accordingly... the line was long and the process slow... but I will say they kept it going and were methodical about making it happen! The people were nice... and once I figured out the need for more caffeine the coffee was ok... however it still seemed kind of week even with 4 shots.

This review speaks specifically to the customer service; the supervisor, I believe his name is Richard A., seems to be just about the warmest, most chill, present and genuine person in the service industry. What a pleasure to be treated with such decency (and not in an ingratiating fashion) first thing in the morning. We should all aspire to be so good to our fellow humans!
