Smoothie King

Went to the store and an employee with a. Rose tattoo on his neck refused to enter a gift card I was gifted for Christmas. He said he didn’t know how to do that and kept persisting instead of asking anyone else for help. Not sure if il return. Terrible customer service and the smoothies taste atrocious.

After reading the other reviews i hope I didn’t run into the SAME guy (Julian) giving everyone crappy customer service cause it seems like it is smh.

Use to be a lot better. They have gone through multiple staff changes and this crew is by far the worst out of the 3yrs I have been going. They are rude and the smoothies taste terrible now. I stopped going every day to 1 every few months

The customer service used to be top notch but now they have a gentleman with serveral nose rings and wild hair that works mornings. He doesn't wear a name tag so I'm unsure of his name. But he plays loud rap music early in the morning, has no sense of urgency and says mobile orders that have been paid for are not priority so he won't start your order until there's no one in the drive-thru. And to make matters worse, he says he can't cancel or refund your order. So much for customer service, attempting to utilize a service in advance to be placed to the end of a never ending drive-thru line. NEVER AGAIN!!!

** VERY RUDE ** Went in today (10/27 — 5PM) for a smoothie. The guy at the counter gave me an attitude for no reason. Giving me a side eye, doing hand gestures, and sighing (Like loudly too in front of me) Like you could tell, he’s visibly annoyed & upset with life or something. I am so sorry but It’s just way too rude. Also didn’t even give me the receipt 😢😣

Intermittent slow service. Depending on who is working, orders take 30+ minutes to put together.
Pre-orders with specific employees are not made when expected pick up time is set. Expect to wait an additional 10-15 mins after arriving to receive your order after placing online orders.
In store, certain employees do not understand the concept of hard work. On multiple occasions while standing around for 10-15 mins employee stands and watches one smoothie blend at a time rather than helping anyone else out.
Hopefully owner sees and adjudicates issues.

I get the hulk strawberry nearly every time I come in and it is always very good. The workers are kind and polite and everything is kept very very clean. I will certainly order from this store again in the future.

Why do drivers have such poor customer service? There is a serious lack of attention and courtesy when delivering orders. Very poor service. Terrible service

Pb swizzle Acai bowl is my favorite. Something about the pb and acai that goes together so well! Thick and creamy.

This was my first visit and it was difficult getting any explanation as far as the menu. The smoothies didn't have much taste.

I've been sitting in the drive thru line 30 mins now and haven't even gotten to the window yet. I can't even leave due to being blocked in. This service is ridiculous.
