Idk what happened today but there was one car in front of us… 20 min. I thought maybe they ordered a bunch ? Just one. They had one employee here. Whoever manages this store should be better that sucks

We’re the kind of customers who visit up to four times a week — we love the açaí! Unfortunately, it’s disappointing how a few employees can drive customers away because of poor service — unpleasant attitudes, annoyed tones, and lack of care. It doesn’t matter if you buy three or four items; they don’t even offer you bags unless you ask, and you’re not given the value or respect you deserve as a customer. That’s how you lose loyal customers.
I’ve been working in customer service for 18 years, and I don’t like to harm anyone’s job, but I think it’s unfair to go somewhere and not be treated with respect. It’s not the customer’s fault if you’re having a bad day or if you don’t like your job

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred today, [August 29, 2025], at your Lake Nona, Florida location.
During my visit, despite having proof of purchase, I was wrongfully accused of stealing. Not only was this accusation completely unfounded, but the staff member involved used offensive and inappropriate verbiage toward me, which I found both humiliating and disrespectful.
I presented my receipt as proof of purchase, yet I was still subjected to this treatment. Being publicly accused of theft without cause is extremely damaging, and the language used was unprofessional, offensive, and completely out of line for any customer service environment.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way. In addition, I would like a written apology and clarification of what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.
I have been a loyal Smoothie King customer and never expected to face such treatment. I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.

I used to be a very big fan of the smoothies from Smoothie King, and idk if it’s the location or a change in recipe but recently smoothies have been… lackluster and flavorless, I hope they remedy this soon! This place used to be a favorite and I look forward to trying them again

Big ups to both lady's at this very establishment. There was an error with one of my smoothies, & I called & spoke to one of the lady's, about the wrong smoothiei received, & they kept there word & corrected the error with my smoothie without any hesitation. Was very respectful over the phone & in person & made it right. I will be back again. Thank you Mel, for making it right & being very respectful both on the phone & in person.

Noah is the reason I keep coming back to this location. He is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and on point every time. It’s clear Noah really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. I love smoothie king
I always eat the same thing, Bee Berry Sting. Yesterday I went again and this is what they gave me for the same price, half the bowl, it's disrespectful. I was so upset that I left. Unfortunately, this is how you lose customers. You can't say that you use a specific amount since it's not the first time I've eaten there and I know the amount you normally serve. This is unacceptable and very regrettable.
