First time trying the shaved ice in a drink and was super good! Very strong. It wasn't the same consistency of a slushie, but would've been if it had melted a little. The oreo frappuchino was more runny and my friend said delicious. Both were amazing and the server was super friendly. Cute little Korean place connected to a resturaunt with a beautiful lookout.

First time visited today and placed a $60 order. As part of that, I ordered a Thai tea. When I took a sip, I immediately noticed it tasted very weak. I politely asked if it could be remade, and the staff member responded that it tasted that way because I had requested light ice. I explained that the issue wasn’t the ice — the tea itself wasn’t brewed strong enough. It lacked the depth and richness of authentic Thai tea and tasted more like it had been made with regular tea bags.
I then asked if I could swap it for something else and requested a caramel macchiato instead. However, I was told I would have to pay for the new drink, and nothing could be offered in exchange, even though I had only taken a single sip. The explanation given was that “nothing is wrong with it,” so they couldn’t replace it without charging me again.
I ended up asking them to throw the drink away and left — disappointed.
Spending $60 and not being accommodated over a single, unsatisfying sip feels unfair and unwelcoming. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback to improve future customer experiences. 7/27 11:15pm

I used to always stop by Izziban for dinner with my closest family and friends, but dessert and lounging always hits different when you come right over to SnowBean! The menu options are extensive, with a sizable selection of beverages and desserts to pick from. The seating space is adequate, with seating availability for both inside the shop and outside on a deck that overlooks a nice lake in the back! So whether you came here to study or just to hang out with a friend or family, this is a nice place to stop by. It’s very family-friendly and the ambience is very cozy.

Nice view, but that’s about it. This isn’t a specialty coffee shop . They also sell instant noodles and Korean snacks, which takes away from the café experience. If you're looking for serious, well-prepared specialty coffee, I would not recommend this place.

Didn’t eat food but the teas and misugaru latte was exquisite!! Highly recommended , great balance of bitterness and coffee. Had a taste of black sesame which I love. Outside area was cute, inside cute too(AC was lovely)

Came in for a food review. We got a berry 🍓Nutella croffle and and Oreo shaved ice. This place offers a fresh perspective on sweets, but it really does look more appetizing than it tastes - especially the shaved ice. 🍧 Once it melts, it becomes horrid to eat. 😅The croffle was good but did not taste any different from a normal waffle. I thought this was going to be a cute coffee shop to study at but nope. It’s so crowded and the workers look depressed like they’re having a bad day or something. I stood at the register and she never asked are you ready to order of something because I don’t start ordering unless I know you’re ready to take my order. Definitely do not recommend.
