I tried this place three times right, first was good, then I went back and got the bombom and tasted like rubber and like it was three days old (probably was) and drove back from my house just to return it because what was that? They took it back, took it to the kitchen for a “quality test” and gave me something cheaper instead because all the other ones had the same old appearance. And then today I went again, saw a slice of cake and was like ok let’s grab it, it wasnt that much… except they added A BUNCH OF STRAWBERRIES TO IT TO MAKE IT HEAVY????????????? I Only noticed when I got home because they didn’t ask or anything all I said was I wanted a slice, LOOK AT THE PICTURE I am so pissed off right now. I am never going back there, that was so ridiculous. Wish I had taken a picture of last time too 😭
Sodie Doces is an absolute gem! As a Brazilian bakery, they truly deliver authentic flavors and quality. I had their cakes and cheese bread, and both were absolutely incredible—some of the best I’ve ever had. The cakes were perfectly moist and flavorful, while the cheese bread was fresh, warm, and just melted in my mouth.
A special mention to Julia, who was so friendly and welcoming. She made the experience even better with her kind and helpful attitude.
If you’re looking for delicious Brazilian treats and great customer service, Sodie Doces is a must-visit. Highly recommended.
