The food is not like it use to be. Food is still overpriced but the taste quality did change. The wait was too long but the young man was apologetic! I’m sure they was understaff. They do need to change out their ordering mic.

This was the longest wait I have ever experienced for fast food. Idk if they’re under staffed or if the workers are just incompetent but not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, they also gave me the complete wrong order. Figure it out sonic.

This place is a scam, Do not spend $27 ask for bottle water and get water in a fountain drink cup and pay $2 for each, Garbage is broken, Parking Lot Stinks🤢, Food seemed old, Cherry Coke was Flat, are friends never got an answer to order had to leave, tried to change our drink nobody came out. Owner doesn't care.
Your drive through order taker had the personality of a pencil...i believe i was bothering him for being a customer. I brought a 2.59 coupon and ended up paying 3.88...somebody screwed up on that transaction. Trickery..at its best. Took a picture of the sad excuse for a chilly dog...damn shame you cant see it, no way to post it...i stay away from Sonic, im only here to use this coupon.

The worst Coney dog ever. Tasteless bland blah... Just tasteless chili on it and a broken bun. Didn't and couldn't even eat it. The fries were just OK. But the lemon cherry 🍒 drink was spot on good.

My wife and I love Sonic but this time was no good, we were the only ones there at the time, we parked and sat there at a bench to order and eat, about 20 minutes waiting for our food to come out, the tots were old, not hot at all, buns for the burgers were hard, I asked for ketchup and mustard only, got plain, after we finished eating, I ordered a large strawberry shake to go, they were out of whipped cream and I guess almost out of strawberry, 80% of it was vanilla ice cream. All together about $34 waste of money. If anyone with say-so reads this, we should get our order replaced. It was that bad.
