I’ve been a regular at this Sonny’s location, but after today’s experience, I will not be coming back.
Despite the restaurant being nearly empty — only three customers inside — the service was extremely slow. Our waitress showed no urgency and lacked basic courtesy. I ordered the corn dip and asked for a chip refill, and instead of informing me up front about an additional $2.50 charge, she brought the chips to the table then told me there was a charge. That’s not just unprofessional — it feels intentionally misleading.
This kind of service reflects poorly on management. It creates a frustrating, unwelcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like your business isn’t valued. If this is what Sonny’s considers acceptable service, then someone at the corporate level needs to step in and raise the bar.
Very disappointed and frustrated. I’ll be telling my friends, family, and social media followers to avoid this location altogether.

I have just had the most amazing times at this restaurant. If you want to have an amazing dinner experience please dont waste any more time and go eat here at this sonnys we have been coming here for years and have always had the best times. Thank you to Andrew who has made all of our experiences excellent. He is the epitome of excellence and we will only dine when hes there. Thank you for all the years and great memories. Youre the best andrew.

In a world where less and less people are willing to work hard, she was the exception. She was kind, helpful and organized. She and her staff made sure that their customers felt valued!!! We will be at Sonnys again if this is how they hire employees!
