We came to Sonny’s BBQ near the MCO airport today and had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Jeanet. We had such an amazing experience and very delicious bbq. Ms. Jeanet’s hospitality was a 20/10. She was extremely attentive and so much fun to talk to, she kept us laughing every time she came to check on our table. Ms Jeanet’s pleasant personality will keep us eager to return back to this same Sonny’s location again and again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience Jeanet!

What happened to our beloved Sonny's BBQ? The last 3 times we've dined at the S. Semoran, Orlando location the food has been subpar. Tonight, I left a full plate, even after returning the first dinner. Full of fat, the taste was bland and the fries were cold. Service was slow as well. WTH happened? We will not return.

The gentleman Larry, servicing our table was amazing. Not only was he hospitable, he made our entire dining experience a memorable one. He made sure our food met our expectations and beverages filled. We engaged in pleasant conversation whenever he had a moment. Larry represents customer service and wok ethics that over time has diminished in many parts of food and hospitality industry. My family and I would definitely return if this is the service standard provided.
