I absolutely loved Kat. We had an incredible service and an absolutely beautiful meal. She was very attentive and kind and basically she was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I wish her all the best and hope she makes it to Earth soon.

Visited the lounge as a party of 2. The prices were high, but I figured that was the cost of the unique experience and atmosphere. The drinks were decently good but categorically sweet - not unusual for Disney so I wouldn’t dock any points for that alone. The appetizers were just okay.

Service was very slow and they asked for a Google review at the end. I don’t mind this type of request coming from a new/small business, but I definitely mind it coming from Disney, which has plenty of money to put towards materially improving the customer experience.
