Spencer's For Steak & Chops

This was an expensive, unsatisfying experience. Initially I received the steak other than the one I ordered. It was ill-prepared. In their defense, they replaced it, but the second was not much better. By the time the replacement came,the rest of the food was cold. It was not a great dining event. The mushrooms were good.

We’re local to Orlando, but we love to try some of the better steakhouses in the area so Spencer’s was on our list. We made the reservations through Open Table but when we arrived, there was an issue where we couldn’t be seated. Richard overheard and quickly stepped in to accommodate us. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience wonderful and made us lifelong patrons! The lobster and crab cakes were divine, the lamb chops were tasty and perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was great! Definitely a must try. They even have a pretty nice sports bar that we’ll be sure to check out.

Was hoping to relax and have a delicious , quiet meal for my last evening ( after a long week of loud volleyball games a mediocre food). The bar lobby was unfortunately attached to Spencer's so it was very loud and not relaxing. My wedge salad, salmon and whipped potatoes were great, but the cheddar/bacon baked potato was over cooked and the filet was okay, and pricey for what you get. It was hit and miss.

Food was good. It is very noisy. Server was overwhelmed since They had a whole bunch of people come in when we came in. the host stand people and the managers did nothing to help the server so we had to wait forever to get drinks and order. Pricing is equivalent to most top end steakhouses, but not quite as gpod

Review of Spencer's SteakhouseI recently dined at Spencer's Steakhouse with a group of 18 people I invited . Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the service and food. However, there were a few hiccups that affected my experience.The service at Spencer's Steakhouse was excellent. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our needs were met throughout the meal. The restaurant's ambiance was also quite pleasant, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.As for the food, the steaks were cooked to perfection and were quite flavorful. However, my order was mixed up, and I was given the wrong steak. The biggest disappointment was that my side of creamed spinach was completely forgotten. I decided to eat what I was given because I didn't want to wait for the correct order to be prepared and served.Despite the mix-up, I still enjoyed my meal at Spencer's Steakhouse. The restaurant's overall atmosphere, service, and food were of good quality. However, I do recommend that the restaurant takes extra care to ensure that orders are served correctly to avoid any confusion or disappointment for future diners.Overall, Spencer's Steakhouse is a great choice for a night out with friends or a special occasion. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is of good quality. I would recommend giving it a try.

It was way to loud in the restaurant the noise from the hotel bar was unbelievable loud that we could not hold a conversation, compared to other steakhouses we go to the food quality was not as good as I expected it to be. Our server did a great job especially for have 6 tables.

I dined with a group of eight women in the wine room. The server (Jackie?) was friendly and efficient and the ambiance was perfect. My filet was super delicious and cooked perfectly. Amazing dinner from beginning to end. I would definitely go back.

Excellent food and service by the staff. Wonderful food presented and prepared with perfection. Was a bit noisy being that the dining rooms are open concept to the outer lobby bars and with a function happening out there made conversation a bit distracted from the noise. Otherwise we stayed long and enjoyed the room more as those crowds dissipated. Excellent evening overall was enjoyed.

For being inside a hotel, you would never know it from the level of service and the quality of the food you get. The wine list is extensive, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, but not intrusive. The quality of the food is outstanding! Great location and intimate dinner date or if trying to impress a client. Prices are higher than other restaurants focusing on steak, but the quality of the food is amazing. Would go again for a special occasion but not for a general dinner.

Best Caesar salad I've ever had. The 10 oz filet was cooked perfectly and paired well with Malbec. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious as was the creamed spinach. Excellent meal and great service. Highly recommend.

It was literally PERFECT. While we were eating, amazed and kept saying "wow". Highly recommend scallops(MUST TRY), Branzino and NY strip steak. We were surprised to taste the steak seasoned with the right salt pepper, even though we forgot to order the steak sauce.And all servers were very kind and nice, the places and atmospehres good too.This evening was for our 2nd wedding aniversary celebration and thank you so much for making the perfect dinner.

It's a nice steak house, the food was very good and our server was also great. Ambiance was the least favorite thing, as it does very much feel like a hotel restaurant rather than a true high end steakhouse. There's a continual flow of hotel guests walking back and forth in front of the windows, etc.. the table settings are nice enough though. That's a little disappointing considering the price is high end steakhouse but its overall still very nice. Server was very good, attentive and with a great attitude. There is a higher level of service at most high end steakhouses, like unfolding & placing the napkins, removing crumbs from table, etc that wasn't present here but they did clear used plates quickly, etc. Overall it was very good and was nice to not leave the hotel and still have a nice dinner. The value was decent.

My wife and I came to have a little date night while we were on vacation in Orlando. As we sat down, the server was incredibly rude and started pulling away our wine glasses while saying "well you don't look of age" before even greeting us. My wife and I are well over the legal drinking age and the presumption of the server was off-putting and an unwelcome start to the meal. We ordered a beer and a glass of wine. The server spilled the beer as she was pouring it and did not clean up the mess. We also both ordered steak: mine medium-well and my wife's medium-rare. Neither steak came out to the preferred level of doneness. It seems like the server switched our preferences. The mashed potatoes were the one dish we got that was a true highlight for this meal. For a $200+ meal for two, this was an incredibly disappointing experience and we will not be returning. I expected much better service and food.

Omar was the absolute highlight of the evening. His recommendations were top notch. He asked us all of the right questions and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our choices. He kept our drinks filled and was very attentive during our service. My glass of wine was never empty and his smile was never far away. Omar is the example for perfect service. Your dedication to your craft shows beyond measure.
