If u order take out grab a drink while you wait. The inside of this establishment is really cool. The food I got was amazing. Treat others with respect to get respect.
Everything is À la carte, but the portions are HUGE! We got the Mongolian beef, General Tao’s chicken and veggie lo mein! Everything was amazing ! I will be back!

Place is small but cozy. Customer service not good at all. We felt really uncomfortable and left. You talk to them and they don’t make eye contact.

They have a decently tasting lunch menu for a good price, however, the service is non-existent. This was the 2nd time I went and told the server I wanted General Tofu while pointing to the item on the menu. She brought out General Tso Chicken. Right flavor but wrong protein. So I kindly responded, "oh, I'm sorry. I ordered the tofu." The response I got was, "NO. You never said that. You ordered chicken." The entire table (6 people) said that no, I ordered tofu.
If you don't care about getting what you ordered and want to save money, then go. I was so stunned by her response, I was actually speechless.

Rubbish store, I waited 45 minutes to order food in the store. It's too slow. I won't come back after I'm beaten to death.

Unfortunately the happy family dinner was not tasty and the meats were a bit tough. I did not enjoy the wonton soup or the dumplings which seemed from Frozen. The waitresses were very friendly and speedy service the main meal came out before the soup and appetizer which was a bit unusual

Rude Service
We arrived around 9:40 PM on a Saturday. Although the restaurant’s listed closing time is 10:30 PM (both on Google and at the front door), a waitress waved us off aggressively, speaking in a combination of a Chinese dialect and heavily accented English. We couldn’t understand her, and she became visibly agitated.
We asked to speak to the owner, who was literally sleeping behind the counter. Once he woke up, he insisted the restaurant “usually closes at 10,” even after he checked the time on the front door. He appeared confused and never apologized for the misunderstanding, ultimately driving us away without taking our order.
Neither the owner nor the waitress made any attempt to say “sorry” for the miscommunication or inconvenience. They remained firm in what appeared to be their own “pseudo rules.”
After visiting, I came across a post dated December 30, 2024, on the Red Note. Diners claimed they found pieces of STEEL BALLS in their food at Spicy Girl. While I haven’t personally seen these issues at Spicy Girl, the comments in the post alone are concerning.
(This comment is under a post on 2024-12-29 on the Rednote commenting on health concerns at the restaurants “Sushi Sake” and “Sichuan Alley.” )
In light of both the reported sanitation concerns and my personal experience with unprofessional service, I suggest thinking twice about this restaurant before you decide to go.
PS: After we left, the owner changed the closing hours outside their door to 10 PM.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This is the first time I leave a bad comment. We ordered 3 dishes. The food was bad. Too much vinegar in the eggplant dish. Intestine in the noodles smelled like it wasn’t cleaned at all!!! It was a nightmare dining in this resturant. The whole place smells very moldy. We spent 56 bucks on 3 dishes and drinks. And all the food and dirnks tasted awful!! When we were talking, the assistant came to us and asked: have you finished yet? We said we gonna talk for a few mins. At that time, we only dined for 20 mins and she rushed us to leave. And then she asked how many mins exactly are we gonna talk, which was extremely rude and disrespectful. It made us super uncomfortable and we left this spot right on her rude words. I do regret the tips we’ve given to her! I want my money back.

Restaurantji Recommends
We were really disappointed with our experience here. The food quality was below average – the flavors were bland, and it didn’t live up to expectations.
The biggest issue, however, was the service charge. We were a group of four, and they forced an 18% gratuity on us without prior notice. Gratuity is meant to reflect the quality of service, and this felt unfair and inappropriate given our experience.
Would not recommend unless improvements are made to both the food and their service policies.

Horrible experience: servers were incredibly lazy and asked us if we wanted to share a table with strangers, even though there were plenty of empty tables, just because they didn't want to clean the tables.
They also added a hidden 18% gratuity onto our bill, which they never mentioned until we caught it on our bill.
To top it all off, the food was mediocre. I would steer clear of this restaurant.

Have been in the US for more than 7 years. This is the worst Chinese restaurant. The food was so disgusting, pork has a fishy taste.

The noodles are not authentic. Most of the noodles use the same soup base and it’s not Szechuan style at all.
