Spoleto Italian Kitchen - Dollins

So far so good. I love the pizza. The pasta is good I just find myself having to add salt and pepper to certain dishes. Food and ingredients is always fresh. The bread tho. I thought it was going to be bigger portions and softer or atleast garlic. So if you order bread or get it as an add on, expect it to be super small and hard. I love the option to build your own dishes. It would be cool if they had a restaurant to dine in but honestly these days, take out is better. I'll keep ordering when I get the urge for pizza and pasta

Ordered delivery for the first time at this location and it was a total disaster. The lack of sauce and missing items in my CYO pasta along with the parsley that I'm allergic to on my shrimp risotto pretty much ruined this place for me. I loved the UCF location and was really looking forward to trying them out but I will not be ordering from them again. As a ghost kitchen there's not even a phone number to call to discuss what went wrong with my order. Take more pride in the food you put out if you want people to come back.

This is the worst place to pick up food when it's raining at night. No street lights, plus entrance of parking gets blocked off with floods. Flood ZONE and limited parking. The location doesn't have any visible signage lights at night . Just letters painted on the wall. Place looks like a auto mechanic shop or warehouse. Smh.

This is DEFINITELY NOT the same Spoleto as it used to be. I ordered the gluten-free, alfredo with sun-dried tomatoes and garlic with shrimp.There is BARELY any alfredo sauce, as you can see in the picture.UPDATE: The lovely owner reached out to me to make it right. I truly appreciate it. Because of that, I'm changing my review to a positive review!

The best Italian food we ever tasted it

We ate at the Winter Park location tonight and it was extremely poor service. The manager was rude and made several snarky comments to one in our group. The food was fairly good but I understand why the restaurant was completely empty. No returning customers because the staff and manager are running them off. Need to rethink your training program to include people skills. There are numerous reviews before this one of the same nature.
