Best bubble tea I've had since leaving Taiwan. Highly recommend. Can adjust 0-100% sugar and it's honored. Perfectly QQ boba
Walked in on a Monday
Greeted by cashier with no warmth
Almost walked out but thought I'd give them a chance
I stood there for 2 minutes in silence.
Then asked are you gonna take my order
Cashier told me to wait a minute because she's doing an Uber eats order
I said ok
Thinking.... Shouldn't you prioritize the person who's actually standing in the store in front of you over taking an order digitally....
2 more minutes later she asked me what I wanted
I said oolong boba
They ran out of boba.
How do you run out you're a boba shop 😂😂😂
That's like in n out ran out of burgers
I placed an order over the phone and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My drinks were also ready right on time, which I really appreciated. I ordered two matcha lattes with cheese foam and a passion fruit tea. The passion fruit tea was good, but the matchas really lacked flavor. They didn’t taste like authentic matcha, and the cheese foam was bland instead of rich and creamy. I also ordered tapioca boba, and unfortunately they tasted old. They weren’t chewy at all & would basically disintegrate as you bit into them, almost like they had been sitting in syrup for too long.
It was disappointing because I’ve been coming to this location for a while, and this experience didn’t match the quality I’m used to. For the price, I expected much better.
The location is nice and the employees are great, but the quality of the drinks this time just wasn’t it. I hope things improve because I usually enjoy coming here.
Spicy popcorn chicken was bomb
Lady working put in wrong order and wrong price. Did not offer to correct.
Great spot. Good service and not busy.
Ordered matcha milk tea and was given wrong item. The woman working (who was older) wasn’t helpful at all. I miss the other person who worked there they were super nice and never messed up.
Upcharges for items and doesn’t listen when you order. Older lady wasn’t able to help my boyfriend or I and provided wrong order, when shown the receipt denied that was what we ordered when it was clearly on there and we had paid. We came weekly and were loyal customers but after her won’t be coming back. 2nd time she did this. 0/5
June 2025: Both were very good. Surprisingly the ice-cream was really good together. My drink tasted more like a real strawberry smoothie and tasted like it had real cheese on top.
I arrived at 8:30pm, and the hours state the business is open until 9:00pm. When I tried to order ice cream, I was told the kitchen was already closed. If you’re going to advertise being open until 9, the menu should be available until that time. Clearer communication would prevent disappointment for customers expecting full service during posted hours.

Drinks are okay. I’ve had better. If there was bubble tea shop closer to me, I’d try that one instead, but this is closest.
I also find the drinks a bit overpriced
Staff aren’t very friendly - I am not sure if it’s a language barrier or just unfriendly. it’s been every staff I interacted with.
Passion fruit smoothie was amazing!
The people there were so sweet!! I ordered a medium matcha milk tea with tapioca boba personally i’d give it a 6.5/10 and I think it’s a bit overpriced at $7. I also really love the aesthetic of the shop it was so cutee!!
Stopped by here on my way to meet family over by Disney and this blew me out of the water. I’m from nyc which has lots of boba shops and this is just as tasty. Great tea flavor, warm soft boba, and their cheese foam was perfectly salty! 10/10
Cozy, family friendly, and the Boba is delicious with optional sweetness percentage.
