The service, atmosphere and overall setting at star bar is great all around. Have had nothing but great experiences every time I go there. All the staff members are very professional and attentive. Shout out to Parker for always being on point. Terry is great also. Hell, Im about to head down there now on a Monday night and enjoy a drink or 6…….🤣😂

I recently visited Starbar and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service. The attitude of Erick was honestly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, but that was not my experience However, the staff's handling of the situation of (whistling) seemed lacking, and Erick attitude towards customer was dismissive and rude. If managing such environments is challenging for the staff, they should consider working somewhere that better suits their temperament—like a zoo with animals, where patience and calmness are essential.
In summary, I do not recommend Starbar based on my experience. Good customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit.

My experience at this establishment was profoundly disappointing. I was completely unaware that whistling was prohibited, and I did not intend any disrespect. Nonetheless, when I whistled to get the bartender's attention, Erick, his response was unprofessional and hostile. He immediately engaged in an argument with me, which was both unnecessary and inappropriate.
Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that such a strict rule was not clearly communicated to patrons beforehand. If this policy exists, it should be prominently displayed or verbally explained at entry to prevent confusion and confrontations. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude of staff, especially Erick, ( white guy with green eyes), reflect poorly on the management.
I strongly urge the management to clarify their policies and train staff to handle such situations professionally and courteously. Failure to do so will only damage the establishment’s reputation and deter future customers i would never comeback

The best bartenders in the city!!! Joe is amazing!! He is sweetest person ever and makes the best drinks. Honestly I love everyone there i’m always treated with the best hospitality there it feels like home for real!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE STARBAR!!!!! The staff here is thee best! Terry (he looks like Jason Samoa’s little brother lol) is so nice funny and makes the best cocktails the nicest guy!! Tyler is a sweetheart always has a smile on his face! Greets you the minute you walk in!! He remembers your drink and is always so pleasant!!!! Pat, Eric Nat and Liz are also the nicest people you’ll ever meet!!! Whoever did the hiring here had the right idea in mind because they hired the best bartenders in Orlando! I recommend this place to everyone I meet and to anybody in the area that wants to have a good time with good drinks and good vibes to come to Star you won’t regret it :)
