the woman was not dressed in starbucks clothes. no apron. refused to acknowledge me. when i finally got her attention to ask her if she could take my order, she said no and said look around, we’re short staffed. the least should could have done was say “hello, i’ll be right with you” not “do you see how busy we are!”

The truth is I was happy with the treatment I received, my order was ready quickly and they prepared it just the way I wanted it. The tomato mozzarella sandwich wasn’t good, taste like old and cold inside. The store is small but very organized. The staff was friendly and quite professional. Good atmosphere, just a little noisy.

Tyler greeted me warmly and offered excellent drink recommendations. Hers friendly demeanor made me feel welcome right away. Elinda, who prepared my drink, was efficient and meticulous, ensuring it was perfect.

first and last time you see that I buy disappointed, it's disgusting, I think they should improve the experience for new customers who don't know what to ask for, give you more options but they don't leave you with what you order, whether it's good or bad, in the end they send you what they ordered. want and you leave disappointed because that was not what you ordered ??? if you are a new customer do not go to this place because you want to have a good experience and you leave even in a bad mood and disappointed and to top it all off they laugh in your face
