Greatest place on the planet, best coffee, best service these people go above and beyond they treat the homeless like rockstar. They treat customers like rock stars. They are very special. You can never ever find anybody like this. I refuse to go to another coffee shop because I get so much respect and positivity makes me wanna live the most amazing Emily the manager everybody is a team ever, but is the most amazing team ever if you wanna run business you need to go to this coffee shop and they’ll show how to do it successfully

Never coming here again. Got a vanilla cold brew walked out and took a sip. Spit it out and threw it away. A waste of money and time. It looked like the creamer was bad cus I had white spots all over inside the cup. This is where I draw the line. Won't be sending my colleagues here either

I don't like this place much after their remodel. It used to be very nice with plenty of seating, but after the remodel, it doesn't feel as welcoming (it feels disconnected) and there is less seating...
Love this Starbucks ? ❤. Always a line but you wouldn't know it because they move you in and out so quickly with precision and grace. The Croissant piping hot ? and the Latte' on point! Smiles and great customer service by management and staff.

Popped in ahead of a show at the Dr Phillips Center. Disappointing afternoon visit. When we arrived there was only one member of staff having to juggle taking orders, preparing and serving food and making the drinks.As a consequence, we were in line for a long while, and whilst he was at some point assisted by a colleague who began to take orders, things were more than a little chaotic and our order came to us staggered, and with several issues. Not a great Starbucks experience.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a small store and, unfortunately, it appeared as though it would be challenging to navigate it easily given the layout.

Something just wasn’t right. I opened the top to my drink after already drinking my coffee for a bit and was mortified at the look of the whipped cream realizing it’s been like this the whole time and I consumed it. Hopefully I had the only drink that this happened to. The guy that re-made my drink seemed to not be very happy about having to re-make my drink since he made the wrong size originally and I asked for the correct size. Today I feared getting another drink there so I went to my usual Starbucks for a “second opinion” drink and it looked nothing like this. My stomach hurt the whole evening and because I’m a frequent Starbucks patron, I am very disappointed.

The staff is super welcoming, and friendly and my orders always turn out better than expected!! The atmosphere allows for one to feel relaxed and at home. This is the best places to be after a day on the beach, would 10/10 recommend!!
