I will keep coming back JUST because of the friendliness of the employees I’ve encountered in the drive thru. I’ve been through four separate times and four different staff members were working the drive thru window yet every single time, they were lovely and friendly. Whether they’d make brief conversation or literally just kindly go through the usual (say hi, pay, give food, give drink, say goodbye), they’ve just had such a nice energy about them that I noticed I’d leave with a slight smile on my face or simply feeling a bit better than before I passed through.
It probably sounds silly 😆 but hey, in this world we are living in, every bit of kindness or simply positive encounters should be highlighted!
I wish I got everyone’s names. Today was Kimmy, but another time it was a young woman who’s sister goes to UF or lives in Gainesville (Go Gators) and the other two times were gentlemen.
I appreciate it, guys. I don’t even care if the coffee is good or not. 😆 I’d keep coming back just to support the team. (Tried the egg, sausage, cheddar sandwich recently and it is *chefs kiss*)

I took my pup, Gordo through the drive-thru as he did very well at his vet appointment. I had a Pumpkin Foam cold brew, and it was delicious. Gordo had his pup cup, and the barista's were very sweet to him!

Hey so I’m a usual costumer in this location…and used to always get my order right but today I sent someone to get me the usual drink that I always order and … paid extra for it (got it wrong).
Asked for light ice (got lots of ice on it)
Paid extra for extra strawberry puree (sadly got nothing)
… :(
That’s a $9 dollar drink and the least you can expect is to have it done right…

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area, unfortunately, there are a few rude and ignorant baristas that should not be working in customer service there. But the rest are absolutely amazing. They know my order before I do
