This team is always upbeat, tentative, friendly, and knows their ish!!! I'd know because I work across the hallway in Timberland and they should be tired of me constantly visiting. Thank you all for the great spirits and energy everyday!!

The guy doing service has an awful attitude. Wanted a cup of water for my toddler who was hot while I waited for my drink & I was told the line is over there. Extremely rude.

This Starbucks is in the outlets. I just did a mobile order here before going into the parks. I always want a cold brew nitro and it’s easier to order from here and run in rather than wait on the lines in park or at the hotel. My order was ready quickly. Everything was correct and the food was nice and hot.

7/7/25 Whoever was working at 2:30. a very pretty girl and 2 gentlemen. Carlos made my coffee, he literally had a smile on his face, the entire time I was in the store. loved the staff's energy, they were so friendly and kind.

The negative reviews are definitely impatient people who wanted their drink in 30 seconds with a store full of people. This staff is wonderful at assisting you in ordering in a very timely and efficient manner. Always wonderful service and the friendliness is unmatched!
