Excellent service ...all staff were extremely kind and friendly...only caught Amanda's name though :)

Easy to order, fast delivery and quality. A good stop between trips to the outlet. There are some very pretty bottle options from the brand, normal thermoses and even coffee makers. Quality material and the prices are good if you want.

I had the most awesome experience with the entire staff on 12/21/24 @ 10am. Everyone was so kind and truly welcoming. I wish I lived closer to this location because I would make it my go to Starbucks. Thanks guys for making my morning a great one!

My experience was fantastic! The coffee was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. One of the baristas, Isa, went above and beyond—after preparing my coffee, she made a personalized recommendation based on my order and what she thought I might enjoy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my visit memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

Sucks this is the only Starbucks in the outlet, I work in the outlet as well and the point of me placing a mobile pick up is to maximize my time with my short breaks. Watching people coming in the Starbucks AFTER I have been there waiting and my name is already on the screen and their order being worked on before mine is absolutely annoying

Good staffing friendly, I love they always greet people with a smile so that they know they respect and care so I love how they move fast whenever it's busy but they get the job on easily

Went in for an iced coffee and left with a smile. Alec (I believe that was his name) was beyond friendly. He made sure my ice coffee was exactly how I wanted and truly went above and beyond. It’s the small things that get people through. Thank you for the service ?

Gaby and Diana were very friendly and made sure my grandmother and I got our birthday drinks. I have nothing but great things to say about this starbucks!

Very Rude staff, they take very long to attended usually but today because of this unit i decided never more consume from Starbucks! I used to go almost everyday to this place many times I waited 30 to 40 min in the line, today I entered and a group of people entered together with me but they were undecided so they were ok with me passing in front of them but an employee decided to scream with me to go to the end of the line, so today and on I decided that a company like this doesn’t deserve to have me as costumer. Once they already know me they could have been nicer and at least verify with the people behind if they were ok with it before been so rude!
I said politely that l won’t come back no more in there and the employees just stared at me kind of despising me and saying bye like they don’t care if they lose or gain costumers!

Terrible service. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. My family and I bought drinks and the drinks had missing ingredients and the staff did not tell us. The drinks took very long to make and there was many issues. Manager had came up to my family and I saying “ we are closed “ very rude and not even a simple hello, we were just waiting for our other drinks that were nog made correctly.
