Unfortunately, this starbucks location hasn’t meet my expectations, I won’t be ordering from there anymore but I do expect to receive my money back when I get there, if the order isn’t ready don’t mark it as ready on the app which is going to cause to have the customer an expectation and then when the customer gets to the cafe then only one thing is ready or basically nothing is ready, I requested a refund for the remaining of the items because I sincerely didn’t have time to wait and I was told that the refund was going to take the same amount of time as waiting for the items (which unfortunately I believe is a lie) I left and said I would come back later to get my money. Yesterday I had another issue, I was given the wrong drink, so I had to go back to the store and get a refund, the lady was kind and told me I could have it but after trying it I really didn’t like it. It seems like they are short staffed or that there is poor management.

Had an odd experience with the drive thru mobile order this morning. Worker scolded us saying to not order so fast online and get in the drive thru line. There were no customers in front or behind us so she left us a little confused because ordering at the drive thru would’ve given the same result just without online rewards. I never leave reviews but it was very off putting to be corrected. When we got to the window it was empty inside and workers were leaning on counters. I ordered a cookie latte and it tasted scorched. This is honestly the first time i’ve ever had a bad experience with a starbucks.

This is a review for the NEW location they built across the street. One thing I’ve always liked about them since I’ve been going to the old location is the drinks always come out great! Few employees their can have a better attitude but it is what it is people seem to very annoyed these days in the service industry. My main complaint with the new location was the landscapers. I’m trying to order at the call box and they were using the blower and the barista couldn’t hear me as well as the dust coming into my face I just had to drive to the window because this was very rude to do where people are ordering.

This is the new Starbucks location for Hunters Creek. It's in the same Plaza as Seabra Foods. Opened today! So, of course, we checked it out! Nice open and spacious compare to old location, brighter vibe too. Includes a nice outdoor seating space as well. Additional note, this new location finally includes a drive-thru.

New location is barren. Sterile. The seating is horrendous. Actually feels like a doctors waiting room. The majority of customers only care about the drive thru and wifi inside. Miss the small coffee shop feel from their other location.

I'm leaving one of the stores in Orlando Florida. Exactly in the one located at 13851 s John young I went with my son to buy a brownie which he likes a lot, when we got to the place in the display case there were two units and they didn't sell it to me because it was for tomorrow, my son started crying in the car. I don't understand the policy of this company. I want you to clarify something for me. Do you stop selling a product in order to have a stop for the next day? What kind of business that is dictated by the coffee and lunch sector does that? It doesn't make any sense. Stop selling to have a stop for the next day. I really feel sorry for them, I will not buy more. The truth is that it is very frustrating to see your child cry for something that he likes and they don't sell it to him to maintain a stop.

Walked in for a coffee wasn’t acknowledged by anyone 3 staff members ignoring customer there was no line just one customer standing between register and drink pick up couldn’t tell what he was doing or if he was in line asked if I may order as I didn’t expect this to take an hour with no acknowledgment by staff just standing there ignored then the older lady working at 8ish am uttered she’s crazy to the customer in front of me and I walked out never getting to order anything horrible traumatic experience insulted instead of acknowledged. Shame on your staff for defaming a customer to another customer in front of myself and the whole store. The worst Starbucks prev experience drinks were weak and barely any flavoring when flavoring was called for and paid for. No drive thru either.
