The small and simple act of writing a note on my cup truly spreads kindness & positive energy. Thank you and I think you’re pretty amazing too.

This location was clean, service fast and friendly. Brown Sugar Oatmilk espresso as expected. My only issue was that the bathrooms were locked. I asked to be able to use the ladies room because the espresso was hittin. It seemed like nobody had a solution to my problem. However, I understand that this is a corporate/management issue. The baristas should not be put in the position of denying paying customers use of the bathrooms.

I’ve been a loyal customer ever since this location was across the street, when it was just a little neighborhood starbucks. They used to have such nice workers, very kind, respectful and super friendly. I would always get a coffee and a pup cup. I never sat down to drink my coffee, just go in, get my coffee and walk right out (since I normally have my dog and baby on the stroller) it was a nice little thing we did on some of our morning walks. I was worried they would lose that nice warm community coffee shop vibe they had when they moved to the bigger location right across the street. And I was right. They even changed the personal. The new manager or wannabe manager is very rude, very unkind. I walked in, just me my son and dog, to get our usual coffee and pup cup. Didn’t even ask for my order and was already telling me off saying that my dog was not allowed in the store. That I could take a seat outside and enjoy my coffee with my dog, but not inside. How am I supposed to enjoy a coffee that you are not even letting me buy? How do I buy without going in? Please explain… Also why do you guys sell pup cups if you are anti-dogs, please make it make sense. The last manager was so friendly, always complimenting my very well trained dog for his good behavior and she never gave me shit out of nowhere because she knew I would walk right in and out. Anyways, the coffee sucks anyway, there’s no trashcan outside, so even sitting outside I would have to go in to throw away my trash. Such a poorly thought out coffee shop.

If you are a local and want a nice environment just walk a few more stores down and you’ll find a lovely Foxtail, better customers service, better coffee, truly dog friendly, tad bit more expensive, but worth it for the experience!!
Never coming back here!!

I wanted to share an unpleasant experience my sister and I had at one of your stores today. We went to get the red holiday cup promotion and ordered a White Chocolate Mocha and a Caramel Crème Brûlée Latte.
When we ordered, the barista was very rude and insisted that the White Chocolate Mocha was not a holiday drink, even though it’s clearly listed under the holiday section on the Starbucks app. The tone and attitude made the experience really uncomfortable for both of us — we were just trying to enjoy the holiday promotion and ended up feeling disrespected instead.
I just wanted to bring it to your attention so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Huge line in the drive-thru, but was through the line and back on the road within 5 min. Staff was friendly and efficient!

Amazing, cheerful employees there. Everyone was very helpful, especially the woman that hand me my tea. The manager was in the mix with Everyone, showed teamwork as well as leadership!

I got my drinks in under 2 minutes, and they were made properly! Also everything in this location smells sooo good from the moment you walk in, to the soap dispensers in the bathroom. Also looks clean from what I can see which is a huge bonus for me.

I really did not ever want to have to place a bad review on service for a franchise that can get incredibly busy and overwhelming at times, but today I had an experience with the barista that I’ve only ever had bad experiences with.

I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready in 7-12 minutes (by 6:09)

I pulled into the drive thru around 6:11 and wasn’t greeted with the most friendly tone, but that’s fine. I’ve worked service jobs. It’s early in the morning, it could have been busy and they’re in a lull, they could be tired, they could be having a bad day, whatever.

I’m told my order is still being made but to pull forward. It’s whatever. I ordered a shaken espresso, an iced tea, and a sandwich. The drive thru is empty, but as a former member of the barista club (and even a former Starbucks partner) I know that can be deceiving.

I pull forward and the barista has my food and coffee just hanging out the window. No smile, nothing. Like I am an inconvenience. This is whatever. It happens. Every. Single. Time. This barista is working. No hi, no have a good day, no good morning, na da. Just basically throwing my order at me. She is the ONLY barista I’ve ever had this issue with at this location (or anywhere really). Like is your drive thru time so incredibly important you can’t have a single ounce of customer service when there’s not a single other customer in the parking lot? That you have to have my order waiting outside the window like you can’t pause for five seconds to let me get to the window?

So that’s annoying, but I deal with it because Starbucks is convenient and consistent-ish chain on my commute to work. Before Christy, the barista, turns to meet her coworker to grab my tea, in the most awful tone I’ve ever heard a service worker speak in general, she says, “also I’m going to need a few extra minutes next time. The app tells you when it will be ready” and she scowls.

I literally just looked at her and rolled my eyes because there’s about half a dozen ways to say that in a more professional and customer friendly tone. I have always been extra kind to any service worker and never really make a review on their performance unless it absolutely deserved praise, but in that moment I realized that no matter how consistent the flavor is and how convenient this location is, I will go to a different coffee shop or stop at a convenience store before I ever come back to this location, especially in the morning.

Every single barista aside from Christy I’ve encountered at this location has been friendly, welcoming, and truly made my day by just being kind and offering a smile. They are so nice and had kept me coming back. But now? I will choose literally any other coffee shop or fast food restaurant in the area because of repetitive bad experiences with Christy.

Customer service is such an important skill to have and a very important part of maintaining return customers. I have worked in the service industry for every job I’ve ever had except for my current position. I understand bad days happen, but this is more than just a bad day. This is just bad attitude. I hope that changes.

This morning was truly a terrible experience. I ordered several cups of coffee here, but I noticed that the cream in the coffee was not fresh and thick as it should be. Instead, it had already melted into the coffee and ice. I was very disappointed.

I politely asked the staff to remake two of the drinks for me, but she refused and spoke to me in a very rude manner. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was shocked to learn that she herself was the manager.

Is this really how a manager at a big company like Starbucks should handle customers? Imagine spending your money on a cup of coffee that you cannot even enjoy—how would you feel in my place?

I am a loyal customer and I buy a salted coffee with milk here every day, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I believe I deserve an explanation. When I asked for her name, she told me her name was Lalie, and this happened on the morning of September 7. I’m so mad she do like that.
