Visited from Toronto, Canada. It got busy and hectic but Brianijalis and Beighly kept their cool, were calm, and served with a smile. I had to ask them if Starbucks trains them to be kind and serve with a smile during a hectic time. They just smiled and said it was their natural state and they love what they do. I can appreciate great customer service and they definitely HAVE IT!! Hope to see more workers like this in other places I visit. They had such a fun, warm, welcoming...
First time at this Starbuck and the service really stood out in an exceptional way. Our Barista Lana was outstanding in helping us find the right drink. She was very patient with us and always had a smile on her face. I will definitely be back
First time visiting this Starbucks and the service was fantastic our barista Lana was outstanding her service was not like any other and the way she remembers faces and your usual order is amazing
