The worst sb in orlando. I go in to get a simple drink. First I'm skipped, then I try to buy merchandise And nothing has a price tag on it and they don't even know where to find the prices. Both employees were late and lost

I was in the store today when I heard the baristas discussing that their customer score went down to a 92 (which in my opinion is still AMAZING!). But, it truly baffles me! This store is always amazing - the baristas are so friendly, the service is great, and even when they are super busy, they make sure to prioritize the customer. You all deserve a 100% in my books! Today specifically, Anastasiia, Emma, and Natalia made my trip worth it!

This Starbucks has always given me a great experience. Ondraya in particular always has my drink out before I can even walk over to the counter. She is very welcoming and always has great conversation!

Twice this week my coffee has been wrong and just nasty. The 1st time I waited 15 mins past what the mobile tracker said. No problem it was busy so I understand, however after waiting that long and running late to my appointment because of this my name gets called. There is just a little bit of ice and the cold foam is just not foam it’s liquid. I understand busy but if you can’t execute when busy then how are the workers qualified, it’s coffee not rocket science. I took the coffee because the lady behind the counter said sorry we’re busy like that was an excuse for my coffee being made wrong but clearly she wasn’t going to fix it and I was already late.Now this morning same thing I put it in the mobile app and almost immediately it says order in progress so imagine my surprise when I get to the store and it’s not ready for me. Then I get asked the order and the coffee gets handed to me, warm absolutely no ice and again the foam just liquid sitting on top. Today was not busy so not sure what the excuse was. Horrible and that’s sad because it’s just coffee. I will not be going back and will find a new Starbucks to be a regular at.

It was unbearably hot inside today, with no air conditioning to help. The air felt heavy and stuffy, making it uncomfortable to stay for long.
Everything about this starbucks is amazing: the food, staff, and vibes are great. I especially appreciate Helina, who is always so helpful. My only issue is that it feels like an oven. The AC is obviously not on, and makes it a little hard to be comfortable here.

I love coming here, there is no other barista that can brighten your day like Michael. Just when you think you're going for a coffee pick-me-up, the real treat is the customer service and expertise from Michael. The perfectly crafted drink is just the cherry on top.
