Went to Waterford Lakes store in Orlando on 11/30/2024 to buy three packages of blonde espresso beans.
Josh ran the order, then asked a young woman to grind the beans.
She was so distracted, uninterested, and didn't even know how to run the machine to grind the beans. She was flirting with Josh the entire time. When she finished the first bag, she didn't even fold the coffee bag, but folded the two pieces on the side of the bag, and handed it to me. Did the same with the second bag. Another young man mixing the coffees noticed that she was so distracted that he asked me if I wanted a paper bag for the three packages of coffee. I said yes, and thanked him.
Someone needs to re-train this young woman of Indian descend, or have her fired.

Great Starbucks location, the staff are so nice and friendly. I come here to do my school work its super close to UCF. They have given me free samples of their new drinks and food items, they make this location feel so warm and cozy. great staff

I just had to share my fantastic experience at the Starbucks near my place, all thanks to LUCA. From the moment I walked in, Luca’s exceptional service stood out. He greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel right at home.
But the real highlight was the drink—absolutely immaculate. Luca’s attention to detail was evident in every sip. The drink was perfectly crafted, just the way I like it, and it was clear that Luca takes great pride in their work.
If you’re looking for top-notch service and a drink that’s made with care and precision, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for LUCA. They truly make the Starbucks experience exceptional!

I love this location! The staff is very friendly and are always super welcoming whenever I walk in and strike up a conversation when they're not too busy. They also always make my drink just right! I generally prefer to go to drive-thru locations for the convenience, but this has become my favorite location because of the excellent customer service.

May 12, my daughter went and got me one of those refreshing drinks. It took 25 minutes to get two refreshing drinks. But it happened that mine had a long black hair inside the drink it was so disgusting I went in to speak to the manger who was on the phone back in the office chatting and laughing, she never came out, waited there for 12 min. I thought employees had to wear hair net they all had long loose hair. The store was a mess food on the floor, cups and lids in the floor. Never agai

Slow service. They only had one person making drinks for in store and mobile orders. I waited 5 minutes before someone came from the back and then 1 more minute before they took my order. Then I ordered items to be warmed up and the girl didn’t put them to warm up till another 5 minutes after I ordered so I got my drink and had to wait even longer.

SHOUT OUT TOO TESS ( the best) and the Waterford team!! It was my birthday today and they all said happy birthday to me. It was so nice, they went above and beyond expectations. The team has a good energy and honestly my favorite location out of all the Starbucks is nearby, this this team deserves a shout out and I’m definitely coming back. Love it here good work!! And staff

Tess and the rest of the staff at this location on may 7th at approximately 12:45 are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! They got slammed with an 18 drink mobile order while balancing all the other orders with only 3 employees. They handled it with amazing smiles and high energy while still getting drinks out at a reasonable time. I can’t express how amazing they made the experience and kept extremely great order in the store. I know many people would get flustered and upset while working in a stressful environment. These are possibly the best baristas I have ever interacted with. Will definitely be sticking to this location from now on.
