They make you stand there and wait for 10 minutes while they do all the mobile orders first. It wasn't until I asked if they were ever going to make my drink she actually made it. Who knows how long I would've been standing there.

The worst experience at starbucks, I placed my order at 8:00am and it took about 25 minutes to tell me that there were 10ordes ahead of me, and the girl Franshesca literally took 5minutes to give me my refund (literally more than the time that takes to make my order) plus their manager not being very helpful and doing probably back office stuff Just expect to wait 30+ minutes and not even getting your drink, brcuase they are short staffed

Hands-down, one of the worst Starbucks is I’ve ever been to, and I am an avid coffee drinker. Yesterday I went and was told that couldn’t brew a coffee that they had listed as available because it would have to be a pour over and now I just went to go order a iced coffee and she said it was gonna be a 10 minute wait because they had callouts. I’m in the restaurant business… I’m the general manager of a rush and I’ve been doing this for 25 years. I’ve never seen such an ill-managed Space in my entire career as I do this Starbucks, the one at the target 1000 times better
Well I came in and I ordered a gingerbread ice with oatmilk and I was waiting about 25 minutes my ordered comes and and they gave a hot latte instead I told them to make me a fresh one and the one that was laugh at me so the drink tasted weird after thatParking: It was OK

The occasional Starbucks run is always in the back of all our heads. Brace yourself, this location is extremely busy. Big kudos to the team for always being so friendly and polite despite the constant rush. I do recommend placing an online order rather than ordering at the store. Even with online orders it can take a while depending on the time and the day. My drinks have always been great as well as my food.
