I go in at 4:10 in the afternoon, wait 5 mins before I go around the counter to make them aware I'm there and she comes out and says they are closed at the moment. This is not the first time I've been here and they don't pay attention to the front if there doing something in the back. So frustrating. Guess I'll find another one that wants my business

Went to drive thru. The person infront of me had a huge order and should have gone inside. Made the whole line wait with their many bags and trays of drinks (totally rude). Normally the drive thru is quick. They’ve gotten my order right every time!

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. I was charged full price for drinks that were only half-filled—just because I asked for no ice. I don’t like my drinks watered down, and it doesn’t seem fair to pay the same price for less product. If I’m paying full price, I should get a full drink, with or without ice.

Consistently discriminate against people they may deem to be poor or homeless. I've bee profiled many times , not given the opportunity to sit down with my bags before purchase while white customers have no issues getting comfortable in a cafe before purchase without being under that assumption that they are loitering or have no intention to purchase.

It’s oddly 50¢ more for a venti drink here than other Starbucks, for the example the one on Ferncreek & Colonial/50, not that far away. And avoid around when the high school up the street gets out - crowded with noisy teens.
I left my brand new headphones I just got for my birthday on the 23rd of March on the table while I went to order my drink. And when I came back they were gone. There didn't seem to be anyone else in the store. I plan to go back and see if their cameras picked up anything but I didn't want to be late for work. So I had to rush out. At first I didn't notice until I went to turn them on on the bus and realized they weren't clipped to my pouch. I really hope they caught something useful. Or can at least point me in the right direction.

This Starbucks is like a before school and afterschool care location. We’ve walked here to get a coffee on a Friday morning and most of the seating was taken by middle school kids who have ordered nothing. We stood at the counter waiting to even be acknowledged by the barista and finally gave up putting our order in on the app.i don’t know how a company would prefer loitering and offer such little respect to the customers that keep their lights on. The kids were loud and took over all of the seating save for a couple of seats at the high bar. They even occupied the tables outside. If I’d known Starbucks was offering free child care I wouldn’t have paid for the one I had my kids in.
