Not up to usual Starbucks standard. Ordered and paid for four drinks. Received three. When we told the batista he asked what's missing. We said can't tell as the lids are on but there's only three cups. He actually tutted and made up the missing coffee which he delivered with a slam and no other words. An apology perhaps? No chance. Place was empty. Not surprised.

Consistently great service and great coffee. That was the case 6 years ago, not so much any more. 2023 smells gross like a 7-11 when you walk in. Staff is lackluster at best. I used to love the smell of fresh Starbucks brewing in here now there's a hint of rotting milk wafting through all the time. The coffee has gone way downhill aswell, I used to love their coffee now I prefer the French place around the corner or any Mom and Pop Café over Starbucks.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to and I've been to many in 4 states. The people that work there have a really bad attitude and are rude and sarcastic. Homeless people panhandle in and out of the Starbucks. They even wait outside the door to beg for money and if you don't give it to them, they call you names and curse at you. Just read the response of the store manager in the reviews and you'll see how badly they treat customers.
Terrible service, to order your birthday coffee the box to register the barcode never works and the service is very bad, they are bad people, they don't talk to you, they yell at you, I don't like it at all and the bathroom is dirty.

The food is good, the service is immaculate, and the ambiance is always a win. This Starbucks is an amazing treat for me and my daughter Ginanina. She loves her pinkity drinkity. I am 73 and I still love a good and classic pinkity drinkity.
