Unfortunately, our experience at this place was quite negative due to the treatment we received from the employee, whose name was Ronel or Romel. Although we spoke to him in English, he showed no willingness to understand us, and his attitude was rude and discriminatory. This situation greatly impacted our experience and left us with a very unfavorable impression. We hope that the company takes steps to improve customer service and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.
Bad experience. 7.45 they are closed. No signs. Everywhere light, pos terminal working. We are waiting.

I visited the Starbucks at Waterford Lakes Town Center and had a really disappointing experience with one of the customer service reps, Balia. She seemed extremely unhappy to be there and came across as irritated with both her job and the customers. The expression and demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable. It may be helpful for her to receive additional customer service training, or for management to evaluate whether this is the right role for her. This is not the type of energy customers expect from Starbucks.

Quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had, gave it 1 star as it doesn't have an option for negative. Regular coffee, took twice as long as the complex orders, and was barely warm.
I always buy starbucks at other locations, so happen to be shopping here and saw starbucks, so went to order my drink, frappucino drink.
So when my drink was done, the moment she put it on the counter it was already watery, frappe should not be watery, I order so many times elsewhere. She asked when I picked up as if I was the one that let it sit to make it watery.. the moment she done making was already watery, so I ask her if she can remake it , she gave me a attitude and the remake one was still not done the right way and the way she handed the remake drink to me was so rude..

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my visit to your store today, August 5th, at approximately 2:20 PM. While my drink was made correctly, the behavior of one of the staff members was unprofessional and upsetting.
I was assisted by a white male employee who wears glasses, a cap, and has relatively long hair. I showed him the name of the drink I wanted, which I had written on my phone, and proceeded to wait as usual.
To my surprise, I overheard him loudly telling a coworker how “annoying customers are when they order TikTok drinks and shove their phones in his face.” This comment felt extremely disrespectful and unnecessary, especially as I had been polite and simply showed the order to avoid any confusion.
There was absolutely no reason for such an outburst on his part, our interaction during the ordering process was smooth and respectful, with no issues in communication.
I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
The drinks are okay, they definitely don't clean the tables. Make sure you always get a receipt because they'll forget to make you drink and then just send you to wait and nothing will happen.

Employees are nice enough I’ve never had an issue there but several times I’ve been my vanilla chai has not tasted like vanilla at all. Very frustrating since I pay extra

The two men that took my order and made my two drinks (Latte and Iced London Fog) were nice, patient and the drinks were perfect! Great job 👏 I’ll be back!

I was here 13th of December 2024 around 4:20pm. I asked one question from the young lady with black hair (couldn’t get her name , but l assumed the manager already know who she is ). Unfortunately she has very bad attitude, she raised her voice because she couldn’t hear me. You shouldn’t be treating customer like that , l go to Starbucks at least three , four times a week this was really bad experience for me. This is my favorite place to get my coffee. I am not a loud or aggressive person like you. Please be kind ,nobody comes to Starbucks to get treated like this. To the manager, please train your staff to be respectful equally to deliver good service .

Had an order for pick up and decided to add a Starbucks coffee , I paid for cold foam and oat milk didn’t get none had to go inside and let them know , girls working there do not even greet you they’re not in the mood to work and have an attitude. They remade it and it’s the worst coffee I’ve gotten!!
