Coffee was fine as usual. I like the location because it's near UCF but the workers were very grumbly and unprofessional today. Little dark haired girl was LOUDLY griping about her schedule while the manager was outside. Manager came in and talked to her and she had a lot of attitude. She is poison to your business. Manager went back outside and every employee started looking at some schedule and complaining about it. People come to have coffee and study or work. Having to listen to that garbage is unnecessary. Customers should not have to be a part of the crying.

I have an allergy to lavender and I have been apprehensive about going to starbucks because of the new lavender drinks. I went today and asked them to wash the mixing cups a second time and instead they fully disinfected everything before making my drink and made sure that there would be absolutely no cross contamination. I appreciate it so much I really needed a pick me up today!!

Would give negative stars. Waited over 10 mins to get a regular coffee and a warmed up pastry. They aren’t busy or short staffed. Too busy talking about their own lives than working.
