Messed up my order for the 5th time, I specifically always ask for no milk add vanilla sweet cream and they always add milk and it makes me sick for the whole day thanks for making me sick, paid your over priced cost didn't even get what I wanted and lose a whole day with my family being sick because some one can't follow simple instructions.

Recently this has become my favorite store all thanks to an amazing rockstar drive thru host named Matty!!! He always makes my day, doesn’t matter what happened during my day once I pull up and hear the most welcoming, joyful and genuine voice greet me with an invincible smile. Thank you Starbucks for hiring, training, and developing wonderful individuals like Matty who make the world a better place one cup of Joe at a time! ❤️

We were heading out after driving down from the Panhandle to get my MIL and her cats with Hurricane Milton set to hit the area. We were very tired as we had driven most of the day, herded 6 cats, and still had a 6+ hour drive home. It was almost 9pm and we were looking for caffeine. I wasn’t sure what time this location closed, but I pulled into the drive thru at 8:56 and the Barista greeted me very welcoming and took my order, 3 drinks. I realized they were about to close and apologized and said it’s ok they couldn’t make them. She said, no they could and that they didn’t close until 9. She was so willing to take and complete my order when they were closing in 4 mins. I hate to go anywhere as they’re closing, along with people act like it’s a burden and plus they’re so close to having things cleaned up that it feels wrong. But she didn’t make me feel bad, in fact she made me feel valued. I told her we were on the way out and needed the caffeine. It was a pleasant experience, the drinks were on point and we were on our way home. Thank you for going above and beyond for us! I will definitely visit this location again.

Closest one to me so I go here a lot. I didn’t give 5 stars because they are often out of items on their menu. For the most part they are great. They get my “Latte” special order 4 pumps of chai, almond milk, no water, light form and a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top correct 99.9% correct every time so they get an “A not an A+”.

One goes to pick up delivery orders which you immediately finish, the packaging is completed, do not leave it on the counter unpacked and the customer has to wait for an order that is already ready but not packaged. I degrade the service and you tell him and he answers I can't pack now, irresponsible people do the complete job because the paying customer is not free, they have priority the same as those who are in the store or in the driver. Terrible service.

The service here was very attentive and the employees were very nice. However, a while after I placed my order in store I noticed as I was drinking my refresher a LONG piece of black in my drink. The only reason I did not return and get a new one was because I had to make it to work on time. Please resolve this issue so it doesn’t happen again and customers waste their money on things with hair in it. I would attach a photo but it will not allow me.

Starbucks is usually a morning perk to start my day. Today, I was disappointed with the service I got at this location. I requested an Iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk and white mocha sauce - Venti. To be honest I don't know what I got but it wasn't what I order. The color and the taste was all wrong. What I did get is a stomach ache and a terrible way to start the day. #paidtogetastomachache
