Went to get matcha for my cousin and they didn’t have oat milk, I was like oh brother how are we a coffee shop with no oat milk. Then my cousins boyfriend asked for a pump of syrup and they didn’t even have the syrup either, like it’s literally part of the drink how do you not have a core ingredient😭. That threw me so off and just ruined my night for real. Gotta do better man keep your inventory stocked up, Dunkin would never.

I didn’t realize you needed to ask for light ice every time you order a drink just to get a reasonable amount. My grande drink was only a few gulps and 90% of it was ice. Disappointing especially for the price.

This the second time I went to this location on the weekend to study. The WiFi and the atmosphere were great. The music wasn’t that loud and it helped me when trying to focus on my study. Unlike other locations near me where music was unnecessary loud and distracting. Anyways, the highlights of my experience was with Elissa the store manager. She took my order. Elissa was very friendly, enthusiastic and answered my questions regarding the ā€œrefill policyā€ with such kind manners. Had my refill after couple of hours. This location will definitely be my favorite to study and hang out in the future. 🩷

So I normally go to a different Starbucks with my great dane. But today I was at publix so I went thru the drive thru at this location. Made my order and I asked please can you put my dogs pup cup in the espresso cup as he is large and his mouth won't fit in the little cups they normally give out. I didn't ask for extra whip just to have a little bigger cup for his mouth. I know this can be done I do it all the time at two other locations. This guy was very serious on not allowing me to have a little bigger cup. I even offered to pay extra just so my large dog could have the room he needed to enjoy his pup cup. But still the answer was no he wasn't even nice about it at all. The manager kept telling him not to do it. I will not be returning to this location . I normally do not complain but he is my service dog and it made no since as to why I simply couldn't have a slightly larger cup even after I said I'd pay for it. The window guy was rude and simply did not want to understand my issue. Sure to that guy he's just a dog. But to me he's my best friend and my helper he is a customer as well. Let's learn to be kinder and more open to larger breed working animals.

Avoid this location. I paid full price for 2 Starbucks porcelain mug products as a gift and both upon only handwashing and no microwave use as instructed the paint came off and the manager here refused to do anything to compensate me. Starbucks does not care about quality or customers. I've spent way too much money here to throw money away. Definitely will be switching to the other coffee brand options.
