Okay so me and my family came through the drive through and I literally said extra flavor on my venti mango dragon fruits, they add it and it’s on the screen. Then we pull up to the window this girl hands my dad a cup of pink water. It taste like absolutely nothing. Then the 2 girls near the drive through window kept acting like we weren’t saying excuse me like 5 times. One of them had pink hair. They completely ignored us until this nice guy came and re-did our drink. Thankyou to that guy if you see this. Boo 🍅 to those girls. Then they be the ones complaining why their line gets long.

I went in to get my normal. It comes to 3.99. I had $4 cash on me. They WOULDN'T TAKE CASH. I even said I didn't need change. That's ridiculous. Is that what we're doing now Starbucks? The girl rolled her eyes and said it was a security issue. This is my second bad experience at this location. They act like you're an inconvenience for ordering coffee. I've literally never seen anyone smile here or greet people. Thanks goodness there is a Dunkin right up the street.

The breakfast like old , after bake so hard as rock
I ordered on the Starbucks app and placed two drinks that one was iced coffee and the other was Hot. They messed my Peacan Crunch Oatmilk Hot latte to a Iced Peacan Crunch Oatmilk latte.

We’re here almost daily
Came here and the tables were dirty. we ordered 2 hot coffees, a ham and cheese croissant, a banana bread a blueberry muffin and coffee cake. it took them 5 tries to get a normal hot coffee with ice cubes right. the bread was cold and the ham was rubbery and cheese wasnt even melted. employees were lazy and giving attitude. would like to name one as Dylan.

we came and they messed up my grandmas coffee 4 times and still didn’t get it right, the employees were arguing and getting mad at us for telling them we had the wrong order or anything it took 30 mins to get all of our food.

Horrible horrible service. Took forever to get my order then I only received half of it. The other half I had to wait almost 15 minutes for a regular hot coffee and two muffins. I get the coffee and it was not hot so I asked again and it wasn’t hot again. Just horrible, and the place is filthy

I had a truly disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the Curry Ford Starbucks location in Orlando. I was standing at the register for about four full minutes, clearly waiting to place my order. No acknowledgment, no “we’ll be right with you” — nothing.
Then a white customer walks up next to me, and within seconds, another white employee named Nick takes their order immediately. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I just stood there, trying to keep my composure. After another 30 seconds or so, a different employee finally came to take my order — but by then, the damage was done.
Whether it was intentional or not, the optics and experience were disgusting and offensive. No one should feel invisible or less important based on who they are. Starbucks claims to care about inclusion and equity, but that wasn’t what I felt in that store.

Okay, it’s been consistent enough that I have to say this location cannot make a cold brew taste any good. It consistently looks unappealing and the flavor is just bad. Go to another location, they don’t care how it’s made here, just rush it and it absolutely a waste of money. Also, going inside, expect to wait 10 mins longer than drive thru.

UPDATE: My wife who had a bad experience had a chance to sit down with the DM, Brian T. and am glad we did. His commitment and professionalism was on display which is a testament of his dedication to his community. He took a mishap and turned it into a learning platform to share with his team. He was a firm handshake, looked you in the eye type of leader you can appreciate. My wife left feeling good about the conversation and I was grateful Brian took the initiative to meet with us. Thank you Brian. Starbucks is in good hands. We'll be back!
