I really like the direction this place is going. It really seemed like for a while no one here had any idea what they were doing. Now I feel like I am actually being paid attention to when I come in. And the seating is so much better! Love my Starbucks coffee on the daily!

Every time I come here the employees are so friendly and they have the drinks ready quickly despite being so busy. I can tell they work hard and take pride in their jobs and I truly appreciate that. It’s always a refreshing experience to come here because they are so nice!

$8 for this crap… my ancestors are rolling in their grave rn 😩 I see they have an on going problem filling up Ventis. Save your money— get grandes AND don’t leave any tips.. I made that silly mistake 🤣

The employees do a great job with the drive-thru business. They handle in store orders fairly quickly compared to other SB I ve visited and waited 5 or more minutes for my order. Plenty of seating space, chairs, and tables to sit on. The app orders are available, but it appears customers take forever to pick up. If your order is not correct, take the time to check it before leaving and ask for correction. I do. Some pre orders seem to "sit" on the counter for long periods. One has to wonder how many will complain? Take the time to enjoy the coffee you are paying for!
I bought 2 different coffees 1 hot and 1 iced both were prepared incorrectly. I ordered a simple Caramel Macchiato with blonde expresso roast and wat I got had a bitter flavor, I get the same thing all the time from different stores not only that but the cup wasn't even full. Then the iced Espresso tastes all syrupy with no coffee flavor. The cup was a venti but was filled like a grande when I asked if this was correct, the girl looked at it and said yes. Not happy with the service at this location, will not be back to this location. Lake Picket location is the only place to go even if it is farther.
