Can’t even get to the place!

The lady who is here in the mornings is so rude. Such a turn off for a great hotel. Just because she's paid to work on her shift doesn't mean she can say and act however she wants. Very unprofessional and puts a bad name on the hotel too. She really could care less for being there and management needs to train some of these employees.

I was reading the reviews before I went to this Starbucks store, at first I thought it was a misunderstanding on how everyone was saying their attitude is terrible and some people saying their attitude was fine. I went in the store and I see this worker glaring at me, I wasn’t sure if they were looking at something else behind me but when I went to order my breakfast, this lady gave me the biggest attitude ever. Telling me to wait outside and handed my receipt aggressively. Do not come to this Starbucks ever.

I just gave 5 stars to another Starbucks in Orlando but stay away from this one!! Staff is arrogant and incompetent. Took 23 minutes to have 4 coffees to go and she did wrong on one of them : made it hot instead of a iced one. All that with an attitude!

Absolutely the slowest and rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The lady at the register had a terrible attitude and made the whole experience unpleasant. If I could give zero stars, I would. Won’t be coming back.

Dorcette(I may have the name incorrectly spelled) but she was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks; and I travel a lot for both work and pleasure. She was so accommodating and kind, and went way above and beyond what I’d expect for service at a Starbucks. I think she deserved to be recognized. :)

They don't take Starbucks gift cards. They don't give or take stars for purchases. They don't take mobile orders. Lines are often very long. They are just a coffee shop that happens to serve Starbucks brand coffee.

Rudest Starbucks I have ever been in. Since when does Starbucks not provide water to customers paying 7$ for a freaking coffee? That’s BS… the staff in this location don’t care about quality or service.

The coffee service was fine however none of the warm breakfast items were available. After I paid and tipped I was informed they were out of what I ordered without a comparable substitute. Again, no warm breakfast items and just the danish, breads, etc. They were not able to offer me a refund or a gift card for the four items totaling $30. I was told to check my statement over the next few weeks and they would try to process it in the back end by a manager. I am going to try and resolve with Starbucks customer service. The cashiers wanted to help but this place seems very poorly managed.

I had low expectations from the reviews, but I thought this Starbucks was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly and the coffee and food quality was as expected. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that they don’t have mobile ordering so you have to wait in the line (long in the mornings), but I was able to pay with my Starbucks card and earn stars (though you can’t redeem stars).

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, the worst attitude and costumer service, never coming back, EVER. They messed up my order too and I placed it correctly she just decided not no ass the coffee, so I had to do the line again and pay AGAIN!!!!! So angry, it's dirty and disorganized.
