The team at the store was dealing with an IT outage that limited customers’ payment options, including mine. Despite the big obstacle, the employee working the cash register “erred” on the side of providing good customer service and helped me get my drink. Thank you!

Very bad customer service. Girl at cash not paying attention and charging wrong items. Girl handing food, warms my sandwich but when I get it.. it is in pieces… not edible… don’t they see it…waste of time and money…

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to in the United States. Today is Sunday March 10/24 and it is 9:42 am. I only put the date and time so you know who was attending on this day. Rude people. Badly educated. Bad attention. This Starbucks is rubbish. I'm at a convention at the hotel but I will never return to this place. The worst of the worse.

This crew is incredible! They gave our whole conference the best service and quickest service I have had ever at a Starbucks! And this was one of the larger rushes I’ve seen at a Starbucks since people were getting their coffee and food before our sessions each day. Amazing people and amazing service!

The girls that work here are super friendly and sweet. Prompt service. Not as crowded as the typical Starbucks. Very convenient for grabbing coffee each morning at the hotel before heading out for the day.

Staff is rude. They don’t stop their conversations to help you. They make you feel like you’re interrupting them. I gave it a second try and it was still lousy. My drink wasn’t even made right, a standard caramel ribbon crunch. Won’t be back.

About 7:45am on November 24th the lady at the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason. I was just asking questions if they had green tea they had to choose from and she eventually just rolled her eyes and threw the packets on the counter and walked away. I walked away after without buying anything and won’t be back. If you don’t like people asking questions don’t work in customer service!

The staff on 9/30 10:00am have been amazing they have a non stop line and are still all smiles, friendly, with fast service! There has been no line at the serving counter. AMAZING service amazing staff!!!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Even gave it a second try. The employees are incompetent and act as though they would rather be dead than be your barista. Must be poorly managed. Avoid this Starbucks if at all possible!
