Had a terrible experience at this location. I’m staying at a resort nearby, so I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for almost a week, and I’m honestly shocked at the customer service. I ordered an extra-hot latte and no sleeve was added to my cup. After burning my hands, I asked one of the employees for a cup sleeve, and she didn’t understand what I was saying. I even pointed at the cups to indicate I needed my cup double-cupped, and she still gave me terrible attitude. Furthermore, I asked for my food in for-here ware, yet every time I received it in a plastic bag so much for “saving the planet,” Starbucks. Any question I had, no one could give me an answer. How do you walk into a Starbucks and nobody understands English?

I actually went 2 days ago early morning to get my favorite coffee and went through the drive thru, but when I got back to the hotel and started drinking it, it was so bitter and made wrong that I threw it away. I decided to go back and give it a second chance this morning and decided to go inside instead of using the drive thru and the lady behind the counter was extremely nice. I told her about my last experience. Not expecting a free drink, just so that she would know that they weren't doing what was told and she gave it to me free anyway and made it perfect. It was so delicious. I was more than happy to pay!

I came through the drive-thru on my birthday to redeem my free drink, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The young African American woman at the window was rude and unprofessional from the start. When I explained my birthday reward wasn’t showing up, instead of helping, she argued with me and gave me attitude. When I asked about speaking to a supervisor, she was dismissive and told me if I wanted to know whether a certain supervisor was there, I’d have to “come inside and check myself.” That’s not only unhelpful, but flat-out rude—especially when I was already at the drive-thru. Thankfully, Jacqueline stepped in and resolved the issue immediately and politely, which shows it could’ve been handled with simple professionalism from the beginning. I come here regularly and even know one of the supervisors personally, but to be treated this way on my birthday and leave feeling upset is completely uncalled for.

Mornings can be stressful at Starbucks, but it’s a special start to your day when a barista goes out of their way to open the door for you because your hands are full of two drink carriers. Great service and so kind.

They denied me a cup of hot water asking on the drive through, mind you that every time I asked for a cup of water on any starbucks inside the store, they give it to me not asking to buy something in return to get the hot water

(2016) - - A very consistent Starbucks that also has a drive-thru option. Some of the best baristas in this busy tourist area. And always clean. The main access road is often busy and tough to navigate (a left turn on arrival is nearly impossible) so be careful. Once you are there, you'll enjoy the experience and great service.
June 2025 Update: After many years I had the wonderful opportunity to visit this location which used to be my primary go-to Starbucks (because I worked nearby). I was greeted almost immediately upon enter the doors, was given very friendly assistance for placing my food/beverage order, while they were multi-tasking with the drive thru customers. The dining area was ultra-clean and I enjoyed the leisure time of finishing my items while checking social media. Thanks SO much for a great visit.
