They denied me a cup of hot water asking on the drive through, mind you that every time I asked for a cup of water on any starbucks inside the store, they give it to me not asking to buy something in return to get the hot water

(2016) - - A very consistent Starbucks that also has a drive-thru option. Some of the best baristas in this busy tourist area. And always clean. The main access road is often busy and tough to navigate (a left turn on arrival is nearly impossible) so be careful. Once you are there, you'll enjoy the experience and great service.
June 2025 Update: After many years I had the wonderful opportunity to visit this location which used to be my primary go-to Starbucks (because I worked nearby). I was greeted almost immediately upon enter the doors, was given very friendly assistance for placing my food/beverage order, while they were multi-tasking with the drive thru customers. The dining area was ultra-clean and I enjoyed the leisure time of finishing my items while checking social media. Thanks SO much for a great visit.

I asked Aleeka for advice of something different and she gave me her fav, Iced blonde vanilla latte. It is so tasty, great afternoon pick me up. Customer service at this location was amazing. Aleeka greeted me as soon as I walked in, also had good convo with her co worker, sadly didn’t get her name. Can’t recommend enough of just for the amazing customer service.

I usually like starbucks but my review is mostly for the service provided by all the workers in this store. I spent 10 days traveling in Orlando and I must say that one of the best parts was coming to order my regular drinks and talk with them. Thank you all for the experience and good luck on your ballerina competitions!!!! 😆

Jam was amazing and polite! Definitely made up for a poor experience from a another close location.
This Starbucks location is how I start my workday. I’m there 5 days a week. I’m a creature of habit and order the same thing every time. All the partners know me by name and order at this point. I love going to this location because the partners are great people. Never had a bad experience, and even if I did, it was probably an off day (which happens to us all). I have other location options (including a location closer to my office) and I still choose this location. Keep it up, y’all. Great job.

Arrived at 8:30 and waited behind a car and when it was my turn they said they were closed and the customer in front was the last customer. I just said thanks and left. That was rough because it was transactional and unfriendly. Most stores around close at 9 too but some actually close off sooner and leave early. I am a regular here but it was very unfriendly and will go to one further down the street if needed. I realize not to arrive right on the hour but the unfriendliness reminded me how Starbucks didn’t pay well and the employee strikes that happened in recent months. Not the easiest spot to come in and out of either.
