My fourteen year old went here with a field trip and got a drink. She always gets a receipt. She thought the drink was like $16 because everything was so dang expensive there. Her drink was $6.91. She paid with cash $20.00 bill. She said the lady gave her $2 and some coins and she had to wait for her drink. Her receipt says she was supposed to get $13.09 in change! I asked her where the rest of the change was and she said that's what the lady gave her. Thus Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves. Cashier Amanda D. stole money from a child. I would never go here if I go to universal and I think that you all are theives! Stealing from 8th graders on a field trip!!!!!!

This is not a public Starbucks location. It is not inside a park. It is an employee only store, inside a guest services location adjacent to the Universal staff parking garage. I can tell from the pictures that many people are mistakenly placing reviews for the location in CityWalk at this location. I have asked Google to remove this listing, as it is not a public location.

If you must go to Starbucks while you are at Universal come here, not the other one closer to the park entry gates. Those have crazy long wait times. Here the line is long but they have multiple cashiers / order takers and barista stations. Prices are the same as elsewhere in the park. There is seating outside on the patio as well.
This location accepts gift cards which is awesome. The line does get long but it does move at a pretty decent clip. The employees are very matter of factly but they are also trying to get everyone through the line as quick as possible. Once we ordered, we received our order pretty quickly. The location is pretty small so there is nowhere to really stand and drink your coffee so you really have to take it outside and go elsewhere.

This is Christmas at island of adventure , weather is super cold, but we happy to spend whole day inside the park until end of day , 9:11pm when we almost walk out the door , Starbucks is sit there, have 2 cup hot chocolate sounds good. Buttttttt , the team member doesn’t do it right. Wait 15 minutes to order and wait other 30 minutes and be told almost done, watch 4 people behind me get his drink and still wait. We understand the team members working hard at holiday .we appreciation, buttt, they donot work responsible, not enough seriously, final We get money back from mr fabiola and have nothing bring out. walk in super cold going home . No happy at all. Christmas experience no that good. If this store owned by park , company need pay attention training your employees. , we wish thing will be better next year we come back, if we can give half star , we will do it.
