I had gotten my drink from a different Starbucks but left before I got to try it. I took it to this Starbucks and told the woman at the counter that it was a drink from a different Starbucks but it didn't taste right and asked her if they could remake it. She was really nice. She gladly took my drink back and when she made the new one she asked me to try it before I left to make sure it was good. It was great and I am very thankful she was friendly and didn't make me feel bad or awkward for asking for a drink exchange. Thank you 😊
