I am a flight attendant and my co workers who live downtown area have been speaking about this young lady Mercedes for about a month. They love to come in that store because they said she I have seen it for myself that Mercedes just had that special something that just makes you smile. Let’s start with this Starbucks is normally five stars two days in a row when they charge you extra money to not get ice in your drink your drink should fill up to the top. It cost extra they shouldn’t charge you more and give you less than you would get with the ice And then argue with you when you ask for the rest of your drink. I will come one more time tomorrow and if it happens, I will not take the drink, and I will ask for a total refund on The whole order and I will not take anything. Hope somebody with brains reads this like upper management, but they’re probably the ones that tell them to pour you less and charge you more. I understand it’s a business but if the people quit coming because you rip them off so bad you won’t have a business
