I wanted to take a moment and recognize Bailey, the rest of the management, and the entire team at this location! Iāve lived in Orlando for many years and I currently frequent this particular location since my move! I have visited a lot of Starbucks locations and people seem to think that all coffee shops are alike?! No way! Orlando has a lot of your locations. We also have a lot of independent options here and there are plenty of places that I could go. The truth is as I donāt visit Starbucks just for the coffee, I visit for the energy and the attitude of the staff and employees who work there. O choose you for YOU! This location runs like a well oiled machine (line wrapped around a drive through most mornings) and my hat goes off to the general manger who knows how to choose the right people for the team! Every morning everyone is in a great mood, I donāt think thereās ever been a time Iāve entered the shop and not been greeted by at least three people. The facility is clean and well kept up and itās evident that everyone takes pride in where they work! I donāt think you hear it enough, so I figured I would take time out of my busy day to let you know that youāre doing a great job! Keep it up!!

As a almost daily Rewards member and loyal customer, I was shocked by the new āno waterā policy. On a 90 degree Florida day, I simply asked for water before ordering my coffee and was met with passive-aggressive treatment. Denying something as basic as water in this heat feels unsafe and dismissive, especially to regulars. Starbucks should reconsider both this policy and how itās delivered to customers.

Really nice and clean Starbucks!! The staff are very efficient and friendly. I got a modified pumpkin spice latte and it came out great!! The food was warmed up properly and they adhered to the modifications I made in the app. I came to study and it wasn't too loud and the wifi worked pretty quickly.

Stopped in for a blonde roast and was disappointed at how awful it tasted. Slightly burnt, bitter, and watered down all at the same time. We've been to this location before and given better reviews but really not happy this time.
There was a hair in my coffee and I had to throw it away

Order a double smoked bacon croissant sandwich and didnāt check before leaving as I was in a rush. Ended up getting a Gouda bacon sandwich that wasnāt even edible because it was rock solid and had to throw it away. Came back and asked for the correct sandwich a couple days later and they refused to resolve the issue because I paid cash. Donāt pay cash here, donāt come here because youāre rushing because itāll take forever and if they mess up they wonāt fix it. Ordered the same thing again, paid with the app this time and the sandwich was cold and the drink was wrong this time. I just moved to the area and already miss my Starbucks because this one has failed me twice in a row
