Rude service due to line confusion. Cashier chatted up customer in front of us, exchanging pleasantries. Saw us and attitude changed completely. Feigned line confusion, then accused customer behind us of cutting line. Oddest exchange from a Starbucks employee. Drink was incorrect, we didn’t complain. Quiet quitting in full effect at this location

I always have their cofee wherever I go. This is right right at the exit of the Florida Mall hotel which made very easy to get a cofee in the morning although there are very few tables and they close at 7pm.

Coffee was good typical Starbucks plenty of parking behind the store--the drive thru line can be very long--service a little slow for Starbucks--there was a homeless person both days we visited asleep on the exterior bench--a different person each day and the outside needed to be swept and cleaned--someone had snapped off there fake nails at the table outside the door and they stayed there at least 3 days --it appeared the rain was the only thing that cleaned the tables--They seemed shorthanded like most places--be patient and expect less

Great coffee choice, suggested by staff member. Coffee was the correct temp and the pastry was fresh. There prices are a bit higher but worth it.

I placed our group's order on the app because this location wouldn't let people in. After waiting half an hour, I realized the app had directed my order to a different store. I'm not from the area & didn't have a car so I tried getting the staff's attention through the window so I could ask where the other location was located. There were several employees inside, sitting around doing nothing, casually chatting with each other. They wouldn't even look at me. Finally, they brought someone else's order to the door. After she handed it off, I politely asked, "Excuse me...?" She completely ignored me, closed the door in my face, and locked it. I never did get the order I paid for that day. I'm OVER Starbucks. It's known as overpriced snob coffee for a reason, and this rude staff fit the description perfectly. I won't order Starbucks again.
The young lady that was helping us, I believe her name was Alison, was super sweet and personable. She made our order exactly the way we liked it.
