Really bad customer services they have only a girl with curly hair that is really nice and have a good services .. the rest they are so bad and always they serve the coffe with a lot of water I order a Starbucks cold brew it was terrible only water I said to change but they give me water with coffe flavor was so bad and is not shipper is expesive everyday I buy coffe there because is in front of my work and the make angry when I said to out more caramel drizzle if I paid extra caramel they should add a lot because I paid extra I’m disappointed

Got my coffee and it was ok, the staff is friendly and helpful but ya gotta get there early or you'll end up waiting in line cause it can get busy easily.

asked for a strong real coffee, dont have it, felt I was only having milk with a coffee color..needs to add real good coffee like Honduras coffee tastes good and is strong

Why is it that Starbucks always disappoints? I can never get a decent cup of coffee there, I can never get a barista that knows what they're doing, I can never find anything quality about this subpar chain of coffee.

The baristas are great, doing more work that should be doing, how is it possible to have only 2 people working at this location on a Sunday afternoon. The wait time here is completely horrible. Like I said the workers are doing a great job considering there is only 2 of them.

Never go into this store unless you have at least 30 minutes to kill. Took about 5-7 minutes to order and then I gave up at 20 minutes and asked for a refund. The shift supervisor was rude and didn't want to help the poor barista at all (who was new and was LOST in their socks!). I did speak with the store manager (or one on at the time I called back last monday) and he was fantastic. THIS STORE NEEDS TO DO MUCH BETTER before I will come back. This store should be twice the size and have twice as many coffee stations for the barista's. 20 minutes to wait for an ice coffee is WAY TOO LONG and the "shift supervisor" should be helping and not standing around doing nothing. RATING should be a NEGATIVE 2 stars (at least).. I recommend that you stay away or hit the kiosk in the other area of the mall. THIS STORE is beyond hope!!
