I’m not a morning person, but Dash woke me up with the great attitude. I didn’t even order coffee for myself it was for my hubby. I wanted ice water, but there’s no way to order it on the app. I wish there was a way to customize drink temperature on the app, too.

Terrible service!! Our orders of breakfast sandwiches came out 25 minutes apart. Mine was cold and watery. 2nd sandwich was cold as well. We have eaten at may Starbucks locations but this one was by far the worst in service and food experience. The person preparing the food appeared to not care, talking and joking to the other employees instead of preparing the food. When we attempted to ask the employee at the end of the counter about the rest of our order she did not make eye contact and mumbled something incomprehensible.Management needs to take a close look into this location and re educate or replace these employees. This location is near the gates where people are in a hurry to catch their flights. Great lack of caring!!

Location is improperly staffed most times of the day. Wait times are unreasonable given the premium charged for the product being sold. Well placed location, but be prepared to wait 45 minutes for a regular cup of coffee.
Tues Aug 29 @ 830 am. There is morning shift girl toasting sandwiches, bagel and what have you for 10 orders. She fills up a bin filled with food then walks over to the counter to call everybody's names and their order. No wonder why there is a problem with wait times. They're doing this intentionally to work slower at their own pace. She was annoying to watch.

Coffee was so hot it ruined the cup and the lid couldn't stay on as a result. They were also out of medium hot cups and gave me the wrong food order.

This is the slowest starbucks i have been to in Every country i have been to. You will be waiting in line to order for 30 to 40 minutes. Then you will wait to get your order. The staff do not care that you are waiting. They are SO SLOW ITS PAINFUL.

We definitely will never go back to that Starbucks. It was 11 o’clock at night but there were at least four young employees. No one greeted us when we got there. They made us wait quite a while to take our order even tho there were only three other customers. Then it took at least 18 minutes to get our Americano and our vanilla latte. There were two employees in the back room on a break drinking call beverages. There was also no cream at the station where you add items. When I asked for cream is the barista said no there isn’t any out there. I said well we need cream. Oh, she said and provided some cream. Really lame. Very poor customer service, and the Americano was only lukewarm.

Unpleasant. They opened late. Almost an hour late. Had a line waiting and right before they opened told everyone they were out of hot food and Frappuccino’s. Staff was rude and seemed like doing their job was the hardest thing in the world.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this one is justified. Me and my boyfriend walked up to the register to order two pink drinks. I saw these clear foggy whit cups so I asked how much they were to the women working. She proceeded to ignore me so I asked again. I was very calm and kind and she looked up at me with the nastiest look on her face then rudely told me the price. I then asked my boyfriend to go get two of the cups and she once again rudely said those ones are 20$ so I told him Nevermind and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. I went to order our drinks and she had the worst attitude and asked for my name. I have it to her and she started mocking it. Me and my boyfriend were headed home from a missions trip where we got these blue shirts. She looked at my boyfriend very judgy and started to mock and make fun of our church and missions trip. She was by far the nastiest person I have ever come in contact with. If she treats all her customers this way she doesn’t deserve to have a job in customer service. I am absolutely livid about this experience! Totally dissatisfied.

they took so long to give me 2 coffees, almost missed my flight.
I ordered a white chocolate mocha. They misunderstood and charged me for a white chocolate. Once I received drink I said I would pay for the difference. They said no worries they will add a shot of expresso to make it a coffee. I said do what you got to do. They took my drink and left it on the side of the counter and never fixed. It waited over 20 minutes while other people got their orders after me. They kept looking at me and knew I was waiting but did nothing. I had to leave or I was going to miss my flight. Worse experience ever. I was very kind about them messing up the order too.
Very rude. I ordered and paid for a venti latte with no foam, as I always do when I go to starbucks. However, I received a latte granda. I tried to explain what I ordered to individual that had made my coffee , but person did not respond back, ignored me, and didn't correct order. This happened April 20th at 8am. I am not happy how I was treated as a customer concidering I frequently by my coffee at Starbucks

I understand that standing in line and waiting in a busy airport is to be expected.This particular Starbucks had a communication as well as a management problem. The gentleman with the long braided hair taking orders did inform me that bacon items were not available when I ordered. So, I ordered another item off the menu. This item was confirmed by the gentleman taking the order. Once my order was ordered I saw a few people including one pouting employee to her boss. Leaving at the same time for their break. After some time an elderly employee came up front with her food and ate a bit of it at the counter where she discarded the trash. This left this location not enough people to handle the crowd. Then I with more than a dozen people who ordered food after a good 20 minutes passed inquired about our food. They reassured us it would be done in a moment and thanked us for being patient. After another 10 to fifteen minutes we were told that our food was not available and they just found that out. So, I concluded the kitchen staff took their 30 min breaks, and did not get the orders because they were not there. The front staff was too over run to know what was going on
