Very disappointed in the experience that I had here. I went through the drive-through and the gentleman who took my order. I couldn’t understand anything that I said. And then with all the misunderstandings, another coworker interjected and completed my order. When I got to the window, I was not greeted with even one word just rudeness and behind the glass they’re talking and laughing to each other. I felt so uncomfortable. I decided to cancel my order because I wasn’t sure what they would do to it. And the person that was behind the window, Sav, . Did not engage with me in a positive way until I mentioned wanting to talk to a manager.

Today a team member named Oceana made me a Brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam and it was PERFECT. She was really kind and her smile made my day a lot better. It was so nice to walk into a Starbucks and A- have my drink made just the way I like without any issues and B- be given a smile and a kind word. Usually I feel rushed with my order when I go to an Starbucks and like I don’t matter as a customer.

You can tell the team here is working really hard with the lack of support with staffing. The wait times are directly impacted by the lack of needed teammates on the floor and the time of day. Any time the baristas can truly slow down and connect they always bring kindness and great customer service. Paulette, Jay, Cat, and Alex care and work with the tools they are given. Any issues here should go back to terrible corporate structures and lack of proper staffing.

Starbucks is not what it was 20 years ago. Just disappointing to see reviews here that do not point out the real problem. That these issues are not at the store level it’s corporate policy and lack of understanding. Just like every other service base companies.

Worst star bucks ever. (Cat)is did you hit it with the extra caramel juice the worse. Her passive aggressive anger ruined my morning because of her I will never come back here again. Everyone’s attitude suck in this place, bro. I will never be back.

Do NOT walk in and expect to order quickly. Do yourself a favor and just do a mobile order as you walk in. Their staff is horrible at the register.

I had to call Starbucks corporate customer service and was transferred four different times and my problem was not resolved. After 50 minutes I asked the person to just delete the account and wait 24 hours and I would add the account back.

Cat, at the Mills and Fern Creek location help me more than customer service. We were able to add a egift card and ensure that the information on my account showed up. Of course on my drink as well. She is a excellent and very knowledgeable employee and she's an asset to Starbucks itself. Pleasent, kind and had plenty of patience. She gets all the credit for the issues that I was having that she resolved.

Debt

I hate this Starbucks. You have to keep repeating yourself and I still tip them. Nice Starbucks but horrible staff. Don't recommend at all. The morning shift with the tall guy with lipstick 💄 on is a big joke. He has horrible service and I'm reporting him to corporate for cursing at me.

This is a disaster location. Every time I come, the lobby closes early because they are short staffed, the site is closed for various reasons. It is the rare occasion that they are actually open in their stated hours till 8 PM, where is the boss here? I could never get away with this on my job. Needs more supervision. Very unprofessional.

Cashier was very rude and nasty it was busy and her taking my order seemed to bother her she also didn’t ring me up correctly and I had my rewards it was between 12:30 I went there and I’ll never go again someone who acts and behaves that way should not be cashier
