I come here everyday the last 6 years, 7 days a week. I REFUSE to go to any other Starbucks. Crystal I believe is her name, (who should be a manager in my opinion) has unmatched costumer service. Her and her team put a smile on my face everyday. In today’s time you truly have no idea what someone is going through at home but they make sure to always be kind with a smile. I ordered a tall shaken expresso with Caramel sub. I paid for a sub and my drink had no sub or classic in it except for milk and a hint of coffee.. its always a hit or miss for meee! :(

Semoran is notorious for having awful service. For some reason, everybody who works on this street is a big ol meanie… except for this Starbucks. Whoever took my order this morning, you are a darling girlie pop and your kindness is really appreciated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You wouldn’t think there could be such a variance between Starbucks locations, but there is. I’ve gone to Starbucks almost every day for over ten years, and this one is by far the best. The staff is beyond amazing, the drinks are always perfection, and I have never experienced this level of consistency anywhere else. Thank you to everyone here who makes this location so fantastic!
Starbucks never disappoints! Their coffee is the best, and they always get my order just right, no matter how many pumps or flavor mixes I ask for. The staff is quick, polite, and consistent every time. It's coffee done right!

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer, stopping in at least 4 times a week, and I’ve never had an issue bringing my service dog with me. She is well-trained, I carry her paperwork, and legally she doesn’t need to wear a vest.
Today, after a warm and normal greeting from the barista, I was suddenly approached by a young staff member who came at me in an aggressive way, telling me I had to leave because my dog wasn’t wearing a vest. Not only is that not the law, but it was completely unnecessary and humiliating. If I had been approached politely, or even informed earlier, I would not be writing this.
This experience made it clear that this location is not friendly to people with disabilities or service animals. For a company as large as Starbucks, I expected better training and compassion from staff.
If you rely on a service animal, find your coffee elsewhere — this store does not respect your rights or dignity.

Google says yall open at 5.. got there at 5:25 NO ONE Greets me. Pull up to the window for the lady to tell me they open at 6. 5 min later they open. Extremely frustrating. Just trying to start my day just like yall. Only thing is yall clocked in.
