What a gem! So much better than the other Starbucks in the mall that’s always packed. The employees were really nice and even gave me a surprise pupuccino without me asking! Very clean area and they have a lot of places to sit which wrap around the Starbucks.

Clearly the staff doesn’t have to impress corporate with sales. Took 25 minutes for them to make a pink drink with sweet cream foam. I made the mistake of looking around the store while My 13 year old daughter waited. They took advantage of her by serving other people that came after but were ‘getting to it’. Shameful, poorly trained (3 teenagers standing around talking) and inefficient.
30 min to make junk coffee, Frappuccino girl needs to go back to barista u..... melted & watered down, Paid extra for a shot of espresso never got it, Every frap drink was made incorrectly....

I always order the Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew with 3 slpendas and extra cream.But on today's visit, I had to ask for the Splenda, which they forgot, and the cream that was supposed to be salty wasn't available. Anyway, I was frustrated not having the pleasure of enjoying my favorite drink today.
