This is my favorite location. I would like to give a shout-out to Jess,Nhan,Cheyeme & Sage. All wonderful young ladies who always greet you with a smile, Have the Best Customer service & keep this location spotless. Also they can help you find a new drink if just ask, I described what flavor I wanted & Sage inerduced me to the iced blonde vanilla latte :-) AAA+

To Kayla; On 2/11/2025 at 8:15 am African American woman was working at Starbucks addressed me rudely to leave because she insisted I wasn't a customer. I stated politely that I was a customer. She disregarded me and said that unless I was a customer I had to go. She then went inside I asked her to wipe my table down it was outside and dirty she was cleaning the other tables. She just turned her back on me, and said," I will get to it when I am ready," and went inside to check if I placed an order! It's my opinion that she should be retrained by JESS she was polite and perfectly made my coffee.

How is a Starbucks out of espresso?!? This makes ZERO sense this is a coffee shop espresso should always be in stock do BETTER! I also call the store to confirm and they said they were indeed out of espresso.

Best one around ! Fast and incredibly friendly !! I stopped going to the one near my house and started coming to this one bc the service is wonderful every single time. And the food and drinks are yummy and consistent!! Thank you team!!

It is o.k. to run out of things you should have. What is not ok is nearly 15 minutes to get your order and having no one working in the pickup area who could call out names. Another customer picked up my drink.

This used to be a great location, but the service has gone downhill and they are constantly out of things. Today, it was straws.

EDIT - Response to owner: Global supply chain issues is why the service has gone downhill? Wow. Had no idea that could be used as an excuse to treat customers poorly. ?

This is the best Starbucks in Orlando! Particularly Ms. Sarah makes my white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew perfectly just the way I want it?? She’s just the best! I even showed this picture to other Starbucks’ and they just don’t do it the same! I stop by this Starbucks every chance I get!

Awesome Sunshine

This was my first visit after the renovations. The store looks beautiful and modern. The gentleman who took my order was professional and courteous. The barista lady was focused and delivered my order with a nice smile. I felt warm and welcomed with this visit.
