I came to have some coffee as my grandparents were craving it. We arrived at 6pm it was very quiet , no music at all. I felt like I was intruding since no one greeted us as well. Jess took our order Jess was annoyed I understand having 4 people order drinks is a bit but they were completely empty. She constantly sighed as she was making the beverages another person with redish hair came and helped her. . Jess didn't even add the extra whip or care to call our names when the drinks were done. We just walked up to check .... I don't get why they were being so upset but it ruined our night. The drinks were not well made & im pretty sure some didn't have coconut milk as requested. This is probable the worse experience I've had at Starbucks.

Well, although the staff was friendly, upon ordering my drink, and standing where they were telling people to stand for their drinks, two people after me received their drinks before my order (tall coffee with a shot) the two associates decided to talk about their schedules instead of acknowledging me and ask if I have received my drink. It's a good thing I received my food whilst I was waiting. So, I had to politely interrupt their conversation to ask how long would it take for my order. They said that the sticker never printed which was weird, cause I was able to receive my food, and that seemed to print out just fine.

Ran in to grab my afternoon pick me up! It was pretty empty when I arrived so I was able to go right up and place my order. The barista at the front was super friendly & quickly made my cinnamon dolce latte. I like to order it with sweet cream cold foam instead of the whipped cream, as it makes it so much smoother! I can always count on good service at a Starbucks!

No matter how much I tried to explain what I wanted, a double coffee, in English with just a little milk, he didn't understand and brought a full glass of milk.Anyway. Terrible, from my point of view.

I visit Starbucks regularly for my coffee fix, and it rarely disappoints. The coffee is consistently good, and they offer a wide range of options to suit different tastes. The ambiance in most Starbucks locations is inviting, making it a great spot to work or relax. The only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars is that occasionally, the wait times can be a bit long during busy hours. But overall, it's a reliable place for your caffeine needs.

Yesterday, I asked for a really annoying..specific.. coffee and the guy made my drink perfectly. I went again this am and the girlies asked how my day was, I told them it wasn’t going very well and they wrote me a sweet note and gave me words of encouragement. I left crying with joy. This location is such a gem!!

I order online from this store and every other time I order my hot coffee is made iced. I went in today to get it remade and found out the reason why. The manager said “well it doesn’t say ‘no ice’”. The hot lattes don’t print out saying no ice. They just print out saying “vanilla latte”. The iced lattes print out and say “iced vanilla latte”. So obviously the reason I can’t ever get my order made correctly is because even the manager doesn’t know what the tickets are supposed to read. You guys should educate her and probably reword what is printed on the tickets.
