First thing they made my order wrong they forget to add afagato shots in my drink even through they brewed the shot they didn’t added then forgot to sprinkle caramel sauce even though I fuking paid for it then they forgot to add cold foam to my other drink idk how Starbucks hire people when the employees doesn’t know how to read tickets and the employe saying that idk what’s wrong with me today maybe he is high on something very very disappointed with Starbucks

Nice to have Starbucks in Orlando International AirPort. However, the seating area is not so close to the place as you due to the distance, you may not hear your name to grab the other. They might need to loud their voice or come with a new way to show the order is ready.

The girl working tonight would really benefit from some customer service training. She belongs at a McDonald’s and that’s being generous. She didn’t wear a name tag but she’s short and heavy set with short curly hair. Rude as can be.

I don't understand the reviews. They actually move pretty quick here for the small size of the Starbucks and the number of customers that they get.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I asked for a drink with pumpkin. They told me they don’t have pumpkin anymore and that it’s out of season. How? It’s November.1 day later I went to another Starbucks that served me a drink with pumpkin flavor in it. Secondly I ordered a regular latte with extra liquid flavoring, they never added the extra flavoring and when I went back in to ask them to fix it. The young woman had a nasty attitude and handed me a small cup of flavoring for me to add it myself. A $13 drink should not warrant me doing it myself.Needless to say I will not be ordering anything from them again and I suggest others ORDER AT THEIR OWN RISK.

These people do not understand how to take an order and messed my order up with the wrong drink. I guess chocolate milk means hot chocolate in Florida. Also opened the hot chocolate to see it’s only half way filled up before my son even took his first drink.

Basement like Starbucks with the most iron and sulfury water of any Starbucks I've ever visited. I'm sure the beverages are made with the same heavily metallic flavored H2O. I advise you to go to the Starbucks location outside of the TSA line.

I work here and its surpising that they will ask works to leave the area or from sitting at there tables cause its for customers only even though i go to starbucks 3 to 4 times a week.

The employees here are awful. I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes without saying a word. Someone must've taken our food or something happened and our food never came out. I tried to ask the staff for assistance and they wouldn't look at me or help me. They did not care at all. Worst Starbucks experience ever.
