This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I asked for a drink with pumpkin. They told me they don’t have pumpkin anymore and that it’s out of season. How? It’s November.1 day later I went to another Starbucks that served me a drink with pumpkin flavor in it. Secondly I ordered a regular latte with extra liquid flavoring, they never added the extra flavoring and when I went back in to ask them to fix it. The young woman had a nasty attitude and handed me a small cup of flavoring for me to add it myself. A $13 drink should not warrant me doing it myself.Needless to say I will not be ordering anything from them again and I suggest others ORDER AT THEIR OWN RISK.

This is the absolutely slowest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. There were 3 employees behind the counter and for a solid 6 min not a single drink was made, while 4-5 people were waiting for their orders. 1 employee was cleaning while another was running around trying to restock all the cups. The remaining employee was heating up food.The employees were nice, service was just extremely underwhelming and slow. The employee making the drinks was doing her best, but she definitely needed help.

These people do not understand how to take an order and messed my order up with the wrong drink. I guess chocolate milk means hot chocolate in Florida. Also opened the hot chocolate to see it’s only half way filled up before my son even took his first drink.

Basement like Starbucks with the most iron and sulfury water of any Starbucks I've ever visited. I'm sure the beverages are made with the same heavily metallic flavored H2O. I advise you to go to the Starbucks location outside of the TSA line.

Worst service I've ever gotten. We mobile ordered (which they shouldn't have apparently because they cannot keep up) they lost our drink order. We asked multiple times when our drinks were coming and the barista jazmyn would only tell us that,"the cold and hot bar are on different times" although all the drinks we ordered were cold. Once we got 3 of 4 of our drinks we continued waiting and waiting. When I questioned our 4th the barista claimed she, "already made it" however we never received and and our name was only called 3 times. Placed our order at 3:54 and did not walk away with all 4 drinks until about 3:40. I do not recommend this Starbucks. I understand they were very busy but there is absolutely no excuse for waiting 50 minutes for some coffees. They were all pretty terrible tasting drinks too. It would've been different had they been apologetic and cared but they did not.

I work here and its surpising that they will ask works to leave the area or from sitting at there tables cause its for customers only even though i go to starbucks 3 to 4 times a week.

The employees here are awful. I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes without saying a word. Someone must've taken our food or something happened and our food never came out. I tried to ask the staff for assistance and they wouldn't look at me or help me. They did not care at all. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

I'm not sure why this is called a Starbucks. The expresso was horrible. It tasted watered down like something from a gas station in the back of beyond. The people working look filthy, and no quality control is exercised here. The kids working are like mutes and struggle to have a conversation. Giving it decent customer service would be a stretch. You're better off drinking cheap drip coffee from any other drip machine out there. Sunday am 7/30

This was the worst Starbucks I've been to in the United States. You can tell that the people working here do not drink coffee or do not care about the quality of the expresso, I drink Starbucks all the time and my espresso shots from this place tasted like watered down coffee from circle k. The team that works here has not double check the machines and probably 6 months and I bet they have no idea the quality that's coming out, very sad to see such poor quality quality in the Orlando airport!!! It's great that the people that work here have blue hair. That's awesome. They should spend as much time double checking the quality of the coffee as they do with their political statements and hairdos. But honestly the coffee's horrible. I can't even drink it. I threw away my $4 shots and I'm going inside the airport

I went to grab a coffee at 9:00 pm and a guy who was standing by the store entrance didn’t let me in and said that the store is closed. However, a couple of other people came after me and he let them in while I was a few meters away. When I went back to ask him why would he let them in, he said “I don’t have anything to say!”, and the other team members were laughing and didn’t show any respect. This is ridiculous, and Starbucks management need to discipline their staff and teach them how to respect their customers!

The girl working 08/03/2023 at 8:40pm at the Starbucks near B12 on level 1 STORE ID: MCOSTA06 has the NASTIEST ATTITUDE!! Definitely NOT a great representation of Starbucks. She is light-brownskinned has red hair and it’s short (struggle length short, she forced that lil hair in a 2008 high ponytail) ANYWAY!!! She was upset because SHE messed up the drink….how you gone have an attitude with the customer…the cashier should have wrote the PROPER order on the cup so there were no mistakes….you mad at the customer be upset with your coworker for not communicating properly!!! And then my boyfriend asked the cashier what time they close and the cashier had an attitude as well! My boyfriend said “What time do you all close” and she replied with an attitude “Same time we always close at 10” she said it as if he was supposed to know that…When I said she made me not want to come back to any Starbucks!! ESPECIALLY the one here at the Orlando Airport!!! She was so bitter, they just hire anyone! DO NOT go to this Starbucks! THEY HAVE LOW REVIEWS FOR A REASON!!
