Some of the employees have very bad attitudes. It's like asking them to do something that's out of there job requirements and a few of them are just straight miserable. Now a few other employees are great. I come in here about 2 or 3 times a week but I think it's my last time coming in this Starbucks. I can understand everyone had a bad day but the same people everytime I come in there no way. I've talked to other customers and they say the same thing. It's customer service. Please tell your employees to be nice. I work in customer service no matter how bad my personal life is on days I still talk to my customer with respect and kindness.

I pick up coffee here two or three times every week. Everything is prompt accurate and everyone is very friendly. Great staff, which is why I’m guessing this location is such a pleasure to visit. :)

This was my first time at this location. I was impressed by all the seating area inside and outside. The drinks were delicious 😋. The cafe was very clean as well as the bathrooms.

Came in to order a drink. It took over 20 mins to get our order. They also didn't make one of the drinks correctly. Don't think I will come back.

Melanie at the drive thru was incredible! She had to deal with an incredibly abusive customer ahead of me and did it with such politeness. I was floored. The person was so rude, loud, and demanding, and Melanie kept her head.
The interaction was so shocking I felt the need to apologize on her behalf. Why do people feel like it’s okay to treat others this way?
Bravo, Melanie, and bravo Starbucks (Apopka Vineland and conroy) for having such a patient employee!

I had a fantastic experience at my local Starbucks! The staff is always incredibly friendly, providing service with a smile that starts my day the right way. They are also impressively efficient, getting my order perfect and ready in no time, even during a busy rush. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location for the great coffee and even better service! Special mention to Jessica W. who is always super helpful, kind and pleasant.

I went inside to get a venti and I got a grande instead I repeated myself and I said I'm getting a venti the cashier said yes when I got my drink it was the grande not venti I feel because I had a coupon for 5$ he just gave me wht I didn't ask for why cant anyone do wht the customer asks for worst experience ever
