Truly, one of my favorite experiences every morning when I come in everyone knows me by name is very kind and upbeat. And truly, that makes a big difference when we’re all stressed in the morning or just not having a good day truly, everybody in their deserves recognition they’re very efficient and polite Great work to this location as a fellow neighbor in the Stretch Zone

I will not single out anyone from this location, all the staffs here, that I have encountered are amazing, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staffs are friendly, even if you go in for one thing you always ends up with something else. Great location, great staff

I recently stopped at Starbucks on what turned out to be a very emotional day for me; it was the morning I dropped my son off at school for the very first time. I walked in teary-eyed and overwhelmed, and Christina greeted me with such genuine warmth and empathy that I immediately felt comforted. She took the time to talk with me, offered words of encouragement, and somehow turned a difficult morning into a moment of kindness and connection.

Christina didn’t just take my order—she made me feel truly seen. She went out of her way to personalize my drink, checked on me to make sure I was okay, and even added a little extra care into how she presented everything. It’s rare to find someone who embodies guest service the way she does; in my experience, it was among the best I’ve seen in many, many years.

If anyone deserves recognition, it’s Christina. Her kindness and professionalism made my day, and I hope Starbucks knows what a gem they have behind the counter. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the coffee, but for the warm, caring service that Christina provides.

Bad service. It took them a while to give me a drink because they were talking to each other and didn't pay attention to me.

All the employees always says welcome to Starbucks the second you walk in. And they keep the place extremely clean. As well making my drink to the tee.

Good mornings are ignored by every bougie employee here and if you try to make eye contact they look away also the girl making the coffee with a brown hair and the mustache blatantly ignores you until you tell her your order is right in front of you. Somebody needs to mystery shop this business bc they are all miserable. Do better customers keep you in business.

The service is wonderful but the coffee is questionable.
I just picked up a 16oz iced latte and it’s ice to the brim. Which has been my usual experience with Starbucks lately. I think it’s time for me to look elsewhere for my coffee. Where I don’t feel like I’m being scammed.

That said, Cristina at the window has such great energy. Good hire! She was really sweet to me and my dogs

Some of the employees have very bad attitudes. It's like asking them to do something that's out of there job requirements and a few of them are just straight miserable. Now a few other employees are great. I come in here about 2 or 3 times a week but I think it's my last time coming in this Starbucks. I can understand everyone had a bad day but the same people everytime I come in there no way. I've talked to other customers and they say the same thing. It's customer service. Please tell your employees to be nice. I work in customer service no matter how bad my personal life is on days I still talk to my customer with respect and kindness.

I pick up coffee here two or three times every week. Everything is prompt accurate and everyone is very friendly. Great staff, which is why I’m guessing this location is such a pleasure to visit. :)

This was my first time at this location. I was impressed by all the seating area inside and outside. The drinks were delicious 😋. The cafe was very clean as well as the bathrooms.

So slow. Why on earth I would order a coffee and wait 15 minutes.

They messed up on my order but then gladly fixed it with a smile, the best Starbucks around!
