Second time I’ve had a problem with this location, this time 1/3 items were ready in the time it was supposed to be. Waited patiently for rest to be done and the barista comes and asks what were waiting on, we tell them the name and they say “ we don’t have that “ and continues to work without bothering to ask to see our receipt or what we’ve ordered, I then have to say “ can we show you our receipt “ and he continues to work and ignore us. I go up to another barista and show them what we’ve ordered and they tell me “ we’re still working on it “ after the other just said it’s not in the system. We wait AGAIN and eventually the rest comes. Service needs to be more courteous and attentive. And not just ignore customers when being spoke to. Also communication between employees is lacking heavily.

A very nice upscale Starbucks in Windermere. The staff is excellent and the store is very comfortable. I will come back to this Starbucks again.

UPDATE ON THIS LOCATION 11/22 Looks like the only thing they renovated was the store ? still lousy attitude from the girl/employee this AM. Why are Starbucks employees the most horrid people? One of the worst locations in Orlando Florida.LOTS OF NEGATIVE CHANGES. Open/closed, open closed, open closed! BEWARE: 3 TIMES I APPROACHED THE COUNTER TO LOAD MY CARD and instead of loading amount I ask, they Load whatever the cash I give them and pretend they didn’t hear. 3 times this happen. Joe, the manager is an idiot! Call their corporate office and complain. They are horrible and oh they fill your drinks 1/2 way. SCAM!! BRAND NEW in Publix shopping center. Loved the drive thru experience. Beautiful store. Nice and clean. Spacious and five stars given for customer service. Nice seating outside. Easy parking. Very safe location. Fully stocked store. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in Orlando. ????☕️???????❤️

Horrible experience, out of everything, double charged for the items we didn’t even want in the first place and then the lid was not put on correctly and pops off and coffee all over it the inside and side of the car.

I ordered through the drive through twice while I was in town staying near this location. My latte and egg bites were hot and made quickly. Employees were friendly and pleasant. Great experience!

Manager said i cant go with my car through the drive thru no more because it was “reving loud”, just had to rev because its a uphill, probably never drove a manual in his life lol

Worst customer service I've experienced in years. The two women working the drive-thru on 5/23 afternoon need serious help. Maybe a little less diversity training, focus more on actually helping customers and the ability to remedy situations without becoming a condescending entitled brat.

Mell, a Barista on the team at this location, gave me an iced latté instead of a hot one but 5 minutes later brought me a hot one because she felt bad about the mixup. She's excellent! That's great customer service!
