Ordered through doordash and got completely wrong items both food and drink. Worst part I couldn't even drink the drink as I ordered a cold frappucino and received a hot latte with zero flavor or sugar. I don't know if it was even a menu drink or a half-made drink as it had no taste. I usually am just happy with a refund and ill still eat it but they gave me a ham and cheese croissant and I don't eat pork and the half-done latte im pretty sure had regular milk and I always use alternative milk I don't drink cows milk.

Awful experience. The employees aren't friendly. They interrogate you if you try to use the bathroom before paying for something. They micromanage how loud you talk on the phone, but they have awful music blasting the entire time. This is a restaurant/ coffee shop, not a library. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Foxtail is much better choice.

Today I was in this place and I have been there for years, I was incredibly well attended and the drink was perfect, an Amarican and a boy who speaks Brazilian Portuguese were educated and great. It deserves 5 stars for everything. I am Brazilian and I felt very good there.

Whether I’m heading into ops or closing down a long shift, this place delivers the energy and calm I need to recalibrate. Staff is sharp, respectful, and always on point with custom orders.
Trying to enjoy our drinks with the family. The kids were playing but not loud and staff asked us to quiet down because 1 person is trying to study. This place is either antifamily or targeted us for being Hispanic and thus is racist. Either way, will never visit this location again.

We got together with friends here. Party of nine. Kids were being good on electronics and our three year old dancing behind us to the music. We were laughing and talking but not in an obnoxious way. Two other people were at this location studying. One with headphones on. They were about 30 feet away. The supervisor approached us and said we were being too loud because people were trying to study. We weren’t being loud, but we felt it wasn’t a place we could socialize. We left.

I use to love this store and order from you here many times before work!! I understand the closing time is 8pm but if a customer arrives a minute before you’re technically still open!! To provide customer satisfaction, I had to place a business. Tell me they were closed a minute before the hours of operation what kind Of business or management do they have here?

I was in from out of town. The staff could not have been more friendly! I was so happy I ended up there! Things were not going great with my hotel room and they helped me out. I sat outside and did some work for awhile. The outside was much smaller than I am used to, but never got crowded - and it was a Saturday. I left feeling much better than when I arrived! I am so sorry I don’t have specific names to post! It was late morning or maybe even noon.
