Trying to enjoy our drinks with the family. The kids were playing but not loud and staff asked us to quiet down because 1 person is trying to study. This place is either antifamily or targeted us for being Hispanic and thus is racist. Either way, will never visit this location again.

We got together with friends here. Party of nine. Kids were being good on electronics and our three year old dancing behind us to the music. We were laughing and talking but not in an obnoxious way. Two other people were at this location studying. One with headphones on. They were about 30 feet away. The supervisor approached us and said we were being too loud because people were trying to study. We weren’t being loud, but we felt it wasn’t a place we could socialize. We left.

I use to love this store and order from you here many times before work!! I understand the closing time is 8pm but if a customer arrives a minute before you’re technically still open!! To provide customer satisfaction, I had to place a business. Tell me they were closed a minute before the hours of operation what kind Of business or management do they have here?

I was in from out of town. The staff could not have been more friendly! I was so happy I ended up there! Things were not going great with my hotel room and they helped me out. I sat outside and did some work for awhile. The outside was much smaller than I am used to, but never got crowded - and it was a Saturday. I left feeling much better than when I arrived! I am so sorry I don’t have specific names to post! It was late morning or maybe even noon.

Parking: At busy times, getting a parking spot is tough plus drive thru line when really busy can block cars trying to get out.

You can spend THOUSANDS of dollars at a business and the one time you’d like to not order but sit quietly, work and mind your business they ask you to leave! Starbucks you’re making well enough money to not hound one person minding their business about spending money.

The atmosphere is nice and the time I have ordered drinks it was pleasant. As long as I’m spending money in the drive thru — you’re fine. But the second I try to use a little WiFi for the $20 matches I’ve gotten in the past there’s an issue. LOL.

Anyway the guy was nice about it but Starbucks you should be ashamed.

Stay away from this Starbucks, probably what the employees want anyways. They are rude and apparently don't understand customer service. If you are a hobo or frequent customer you get treated the same.
