The guy at the window saw me with my phone to my chest and made a joke about what payment method I was going to use, and it just made my day I needed a joke. so, thank you to that guy it really made my day more enjoyable.

Store was clean, enough staffing to remain efficient & mary on the bar was excellent! She was efficient, kept customers updated on where they were at with their order and had a cheerful tone <3 we are staying in Orlando till wed and will definitely be back :)

It was busy Sunday and they are managing everything perfectly! All employees are so friendly and helpful (when I get there already ordered a mobile ordered and I didn’t have so much time for wait for it. They returned my Starbucks money [and it’s definitely normal because they was really busy with drive way, online orders, and walking customers) I came second time and there were not much people and they were so fast) ✨ my favorite Starbucks location 🕺🏼

The guy handling the drive-thru was incredibly rude. As soon as I get to the window, attempting to pull up the Starbucks app, I’m told that I need to show him my phone otherwise he doesn’t know what to do. Incredibly unnecessary and unprofessional, why be in a customer service position just to be rude?

INSANELY rude. The guy at the drive thru window was taking a long time taking an order so was looking at my phone while I waited. Instead of saying something to me he waived my food in my face to get my attention. Will never be returning since they wanted to treat me like a literal dog. Seems like there’s other bad reviews about the same person so how is he still employed? This is clearly not the right job for him since he was no sense of customer service

Came in for a single drink, there were 2 people ahead of me in line, and on my walk in i noticed there was 1 car in the drive thru, and about 5 other customers sitting and enjoying their items inside. Please explain to me why it took them 17 minutes to make my drink? It was not busy at all and mind you this is a location that recently got remodeled and they have a much larger work area. Definitely order ahead because if you’re in a rush you will not get out quickly.
